Hotel on the wall! Except for the two beds, the rest are all hung on the wall😹😹🤪🤪The only advantage is that there is a club on the roof with a good location

Conviennent location in midtown Manhattan , and very nice city view. The hotel offered Daily Cash for food and laundry. The room is small with some smart space design, suitable for travellers with light packages. I had a wonderful experience here.

Great location and magnificent views. They have lovely places to sit and sip coffee or a cocktail. The rooftop bar was not our scene, but the second floor bar and the lobby bar were very nice. The hotel charges a “destination fee” of $30 per day, which translates to Use-it-or-lose-it food and beverage credit. My only complaint is the elevator lobby in the ground floor is too dark. The rooms are small but are very cleverly designed.

Really nice property with great view of the city
Stayed in the 26th flow had the best view. Staff were pleasant and the bar tender in the second flow she was super sweet and friendly.

Great position to use as a base for visiting NYC, two subways within a 4 minute walk. We booked a room with 4 single beds which was ideal - I found nowhere else in Manhattan that offers this option. Room was small with limited storage space but for us it was fine for a 5 night stay.

There is a guy at the front, i asked for my uber order he was very Rude. He asked me to check my order on my phone, so i was trying to check the order and he snatched my phone. He was acting so annoying.
I hate to say it but trust me there are MUCH better places to stay that are better locations and better attitudes. I will deter anyone I know from coming here.

The boiler for the hot water was
Out of order for three days. Taking cold showers was very uncomfortable. Other than that everything else is fine.

Drove down from Boston to see the Mariah Carey Christmas show, so this place was close. Great views, awesome room, which all made the night that much better! Will definitely come again, and check out the rooftop bar. Apparently the Queen herself had her after-party there that night, sad to say we missed it!

We love Moxy, after staying few times at Time Square location, we thought we would try out Chelsea location. Would never stay again!!!
Staff service was terrible, either slow or never complete what was asked for, Elevator is terrible, Key systems don't seem to work well...Lot of guest seem to be dealing with similar problems and complained.
