Right across from Times Square and with a subway station right outside, the location is excellent. The hotel itself is very clean, though the rooms are quite small, which is to be expected in such a prime area. Overall, I had a good experience.

This time, I got a room facing Times Square, right above it, with a subway entrance directly downstairs. The location is absolutely excellent! Most importantly, Trip.com's service was outstanding. I had bookings on several platforms for this trip, and due to a flight cancellation, there were many bumps along the way. Compared to the other platforms' responsiveness and resolution, Trip.com truly prioritized the customer and actively worked to solve issues. After this experience, I'll only be booking with Trip.com from now on.

Even though Times Square is chaotic and noisy, the hotel security is excellent. All the Hilton, Sheraton, and Marriott hotels we've stayed at in the US require key card access to rooms, which feels very secure. I'm giving it 5 stars because the hotel is great in all aspects. It's super convenient for getting to the luxury shopping street, and the outside noise is almost negligible.
