Easy to get around and convenient location Hotel staff are friendly and no issues during check in. This shall be my of my "to stay" hotel if I am in JFk again.

I have stayed in 5 different Hampton Inn hotels in the last 10 days, but I rank the facilities in Hampton Inn Manhattan to be the lowest. However, there is one person that I must commend in the hotel and that is Mr. Louis who is in charge of guest breakfast. He was always on top during breakfast checking on all the guests and making sure they are satisfied with the services. So I give him 👍

Location of the hotel is superb. It is within walking diatance to everything. The area is much less crowdes than those in the Times Square Area. It is also nice that it is just minutes away from Bryant Park.

The front desk staff were proactive in trying to solve problems, but the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. We didn’t want to know, but we ended up learning the hair color of the previous guest. Having only two elevators was an inconvenience, but the relaxed pace of travel made it more tolerable. The hot water and coffee were really great.

Very good hotel for the price, the location is excellent. However, breakfast is limited and it's often difficult to get a table during peak hours.
