We were told upon check in we paid for a handicap room. I was told it was because I booked through a second party. The bathroom had horrible lighting and the mattress had two large dips in it. Very uncomfortable. The room was also a bit worn. The location was great. Coffee shop and bar both very nice.

처음 도착한 날부터 마지막까지 호텔 직원분들 서비스가 너무 좋아서 기분이 좋았습니다~ 숙소도 깔끔하게 관리되고 있고, 중간에 욕조 물이 좀 안내려가긴 했지만 얘기하니 바로 해결되었습니다~ 뉴욕 맨해튼 위치 감안하여 숙소도 나름 넓고 좋았어요!

The furniture was clearly outdated and worn, the electrical fixtures appeared unsafe, and the air conditioner made a constant, loud rattling noise that disrupted my rest. Given the price, the condition of the room was unacceptable.

Lotte is centrally located in midtown within walking distance to many tourist destinations. The Lotte was chosen due to Spa services located in the building and easy access by elevator.

It’s the little things Only complaint is they are charging us for wifi! Really?? At the exorbitant price we’re paying for the room, it leaves a bad taste.

The hotel was nice, but I was a bit underwhelmed given the price. For over $1,000 a night, I expected something a bit more special. The room felt pretty standard, with full-size beds and no standout features. The location is definitely convenient, and the staff was polite, but I couldn’t really tell what the VIP amenities included. Overall, it was an okay stay, but I was hoping for more at this price point.

We gave stayed here many times but not recently due to the increased costs. However they offered a discounted rate of which we jumped at and we as usual extremely pleased. This is truly a wonderful hotel of which we recommend it highly.
