No non-sense room with comfortable bed. Pillows could be even softer, but that is a small detail

Great location - we were in NYC for my daughter's college tour and stayed for 3 days. From check in to breakfast, service was impeccable and we would want to be back!

Good location

Overall a nice hotel in a nice area. I would caution light sleepers that we heard sirens and horns on the 7th floor throughout the night. Some deferred maintenance issues: 1. Stains on 7th floor hall carpet 2. Fabric on couch in room 702 could use cleaning. 3 Bath towels has seen their better days. With all that being said, the hotel was a relative bargain for Midtown Manhattan at less than $500 per night.

Only two critiques there is no microwave or refrigerator in the room. But rooms are clean beds are very comfortable, the bar restaurant is nice and the staff there are very friendly and professional.

Hotel has been completely updated, rooms are modern and quiet. There is however a facilities fee of $37 per day which was not mentioned on your website that customers should be aware of. Morning Coffee is very expensive $8 plus tax for a latte.

I love this location, safe, convenient. Rooms are quite large, the bar/restaurant is great! Staff is friendly and helpful. I’ve stayed here several times, will return again!
