Arthouse Hotel

The location was good with a CVS just next door and many food options along the main street. The hotel was comfortable and clean. Unfortunately one of the lifts was frequently under maintenance. But there was another lift lobby available, which helped. It was not easy contacting reception/housekeeping. We had to repeat our requests before getting a kettle and our laundry picked up. I'd have also preferred if the billing had been a bit more transparent. My rooms were prepaid but I wasn't informed that the hotel was going to take a deposit until I saw a credit card notification and had to clarify with the front desk. I checked out 4 days ago and I don't know when the balance would be refunded.

Perfect NYC hotel. They allowed us early check in and late check out. Room was perfect. Great location in UWS. Very close to central park

My only complaint is that I was disappointed that there was no microwave nor refrigerator in the room so seeing that New York is really high every meal that we purchased we were not able to bring back leftovers because there was nowhere to store it nor reheat it for safe consumption.

No fridge and mircowave in the room is quite inconvinent. The room is not big.

Hotel is in excellent location, staff was very helpful and friendly.

The room floor is not that clean at all. Services is slow. I requested extra blanket 4 times (6hrs) until it was ultimately delivered. There is daily service charge not included in trip booking, which Extra hidden fee. Few staff on luggage storage. No staff at the door to help on luggage at all. Won’t recommend this hotel to any one.

Location is good! Room id cozy,clean. stuffs are very friendly,drugstore supermarket ,drugstore,deli shop near by. Room is Not so wide but it has bathtub. No fridge is bad point.
