W New York - Union Square Reviews

Do NOT book this hotel! You'll end up with a deposit that's never refunded and unauthorized charges on your card for things you didn't even use or approve. Plus, they don't provide complimentary bottled water. Everything about this place is terrible. I absolutely despise this kind of fraudulent service. Just a heads-up: an unauthorized credit card charge for something you didn't purchase is basically credit card fraud.

The room is clean and tidy, and the sanitation workers are enthusiastic!

Very bad service

前台很一般，由於不能加床，所以協商第一晚哪怕加錢也可以，換雙床房。到了酒店以後態度很強硬就是沒房，但是攜程明顯還是有房可定的，很無奈，訂單也不能取消重訂，結果就是自己又額外加了一間房/一晚。 前台老外的態度就是比較簡單直接，不要麻煩我。也沒啥耐心聽我的需求～ 衞生：客房服務，遵循入鄉隨俗習慣每天打掃都會放小費在房間，當然客房打掃還是很到位的。 環境：重新翻新的一家w，房間換氣不是很好，有的房間明顯味道，或者還留着前一個客人的香水味～ 房間內用的洗護用品還是不錯的，意大利的品牌。 餐飲服務：房間可以掃描客房用餐，但是食物好像都是外面的店裡送來的，不是自己酒店餐廳的。 在union square算不錯的了～～

酒店位置很好，裝修很有特色，大堂小小的，但服務人員很熱情，每天上午有免費咖啡和茶，還有小麪包。總體不錯，紐約寸土寸金要求不能太高。總體不錯！

服務好，迴應及時。後來衣服落在酒店了，好幾天後才發現。給酒店發了郵件詢問，雖然沒找到，但回覆很迅速。
