I love this hotel. This was my 2nd stay. The staff is amazing. My only complaint is the furniture in the living room area of the Bryant Park suite is very outdated and the color scheme made no sense to the rest of the room. But that won't stop me from returning. The location is perfect as you're close enough to everything via a short walk. Will return again very soon!

This hotel is fabulous! We arrived early and were able to check in right away. A bottle of Prosecco was even sent up to our room. The room was a great size and included wonderful amenities.

Bryant park hotel was the nicest place I have stayed in Manhattan thus far. I have been coming to nyc every December for about 7 years and this year was the best experience. It was from the staff, location and the accommodations that made it superb.

The customer service was as good as we have ever received if not the best. The room was spacious for NYC and the hotel location was perfect for the theatre and more.

The property is in a wonderful location for walking to Times Square, Central Park, Bryant Park, and several locations of Broadway plays. The staff is so kind and helpful. If you need transportation, you just go to the lobby and press a button and a taxi arrives in 5 minutes. There is fresh lemon water and muffins all day in the lobby. You have to use a room card to get to the rooms which made me feel very safe.

Wonderful hotel in a perfect location. We were welcomed by a friendly lady at the front desk and the concierge was absolutely wonderful. Front desk manager liked to boss people around (bit awkward 😬)
Rooms are a bit basic, but bathroom is great.
Didn’t miss the breakfast option: as there are lots of little place to enjoy breakfast and complimentary coffee & muffins are available. Wonderful location.

We loved the location of this property. Convenient to restaurants, subways, Broadway...really could not be better. The view from our suit was the best we have ever experienced and we have come to NYC for over 30 years multiple times a year. The 2 room suit was spacious with large windows, and the bathroom was large with great Molton Brown products! The only problem is the room is in serious need of redecorating. Hopefully management is planning this soon. It would be a shame to let this magnificent property run down! Front desk and housekeeping were great, and Koi restaurant was excellent.
