U Hotel Fifth Avenue, Empire State Building

This property isn’t trustworthy with their reservations , choose another hotel.

I do not suggest this hotel, they do not honor the reservations, better chose a more friendly hotel to avoid surprises with a friendlier staff that solves their own issues.

i do not suggest to nook this hotel since thy dotn honor the reservation due internal policies neither try to contact the person prior arrival.

very clean hotel and in a great location, from which you can reach the main attractions of the city in a few minutes. the only flaw, the constant noise at night that you hear being on the fifth. a note of merit to the staff, in particular to Tie (I hope that's how you spell friend) and to the other gentleman who was working the night shift (unfortunately I didn't ask his name) for their extreme kindness and care towards us. You made our week in New York even more beautiful, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Great location to stay in New York!! Felt really safe and was close to everything (Times Square round the corner, could walk down fifth avenue to Central Park and not far walk from soho). The staff were lovely and the hotel was clean. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone!
