The location is good, but the hygiene is just so-so. On the first night, we found another guest's ID on the floor of the room and coins on the bathroom floor. The AC was broken the first night, couldn't adjust the temperature, and it was unbearably hot. They fixed it the next day, but then the room turned into a freezer; no matter what we did, it stayed at a freezing 70 degrees Fahrenheit, and my husband caught a cold.

Two major issues with this hotel. First, they do not accept Uniopay cards, actually could inform guests in advance, make sure to check before you arrive. Second, my cash deposit was not returned upon check-out. I sent an email to the hotel, but it has been over 18 hours and I still haven't received any reply. I hope this gets resolved, but the experience has been disappointing so far

The location is fantastic, with restaurants and cafes downstairs which is incredibly convenient. The facilities are also up to Sofitel's usual high standards. My only complaint is that they charged us a $100 late check-out fee when we came to check out a little after 1 PM. We hadn't received any reminders or notifications about this beforehand, and I believe consumers should be informed in advance.
