it's fairly clean, it was cleaned every other day, but they didn't refill the body wash and shampoo until i checked out. The room is equipped with a refrigerator and microwave , which is super great, very economical for a solo traveler to heat the food in the room instead of eating outside. it is a little difficult to completely close the curtains in the room, also the orientation of the room is not good, no scenery outside the window, only other people's windows. there is no ceiling light in the room.tv has a lot of programs, also can connect to your own youtube.

The hotel is very good. I gonna recommend it to others too

The location is very good and room, services are clean. Breakfast included also good with choices and changes daily. However, the night parking is a bit far from hotel

The location is close to subway (East Broadway) and many attractive places you can reach by walking; Brooklyn Bridge, Chinatown. Room is a little bit small space for 4 people but acceptable. Breakfast is good for free complimentary. Staffs are helpful.

Clean place, extremely friendly and welcoming hotel staff especially the front desk lady that checked us in she was super sweet. Rooms were not clean and ready upon check in at 3 but closer to 3:45 but there was a seating area available to wait that had water/tea/coffee available. Good location, close to subway, easy enough to walk and navigate around.

I have booked and stayed in Fairfield Inn & Suites New York Manhattan/Downtown East for 4 nights. This hotel location is great. close to subway and china town. the staff in the hotel is very helpful and friendly. Will definitely come back again

very small rooms with small beds , no service and staffs are also very dry . breakfast options very limited

nearby China town with different restaurants clean room and dining areas staff are also nice with smiling faces everywhere but parking is really troublesome, very difficult to find a spot to park the car, to unload my luggage and pull into the hotel, especially during a rainy day, if there is a covered area for parking and luggage unloading, that would be really helpful. the hotel seems not prepared for tourists with self-driving car

Located in Chinatown, it offers a variety of Chinese cuisine, and the Brooklyn Bridge is within walking distance. Compared to Central Park, this hotel offers excellent value for money in Manhattan.

The hotel's location is terrible, right under a railway bridge. The noise from passing trains is deafening, and the area is sparsely populated and unsafe. Upon arriving at the hotel after booking, I was surprised by this situation and didn't check in. However, according to Ctrip, the hotel deducted my first night's room fee. Ctrip is unfair; they didn't accurately describe the hotel's condition.
