It was absolutely brilliant at Renaissance New York Chelsea from the beginning to the end of our stay.
The reception staff arranged a room with amazing view per our request and explained well for everything the hotel could offer.
Room is morden, chic, spacious with great amenities and friendly housekeeping staff.
Breakfast was buffet style which was better than we expected and the hotel provides bottled water at the lobby throughout the day.
We would highly recommend it!
