It’s centrally located in downtown NY. Near Chinatown. The subway is next to the building. The city view from the window is fantastic. The staff are very professionally trained and very polite and friendly.

everything is good, except air condition, it was not warm, feel cold in the room, even though adjust to the highest temperature.
