The Gregorian New York City

This hotel's convenient location made it my go-to for business trips before the pandemic. I booked it again for old times' sake, but it was a huge disappointment. I was given room 312, and my colleague room 212 downstairs. Both rooms had constant noise from external equipment outside the window. While room 212 had slightly better soundproofing, it still wasn't ideal. My colleague also had two restless nights out of three. I definitely won't be returning!

We were able to check in early, and the location was very central. However, the windows are very poorly sealed, letting in cold air (though the heaters work well, so we weren't cold), and you can hear everything happening outside.

The location is convenient, right in a busy area of NYC, and it's a 2-3 minute walk to the subway. The front desk staff were very friendly. The only issue was the low water pressure in the bathroom. The hotel is located in Koreatown, and there's a very popular Korean restaurant right downstairs.

An absolutely terrible experience. I checked in at night, and upon entering the room, I found it hadn't been cleaned. I was forced to wait in the lobby for dozens of minutes. There was a large generator right next to the room, and the noise was so loud I couldn't sleep. The next day, they agreed to move us to another room, but then suddenly the water, electricity, and elevators all went out, severely disrupting our plans and daily routine. Power was finally restored around midnight, but the water was still off. Honestly, just don't stay here; it's truly awful!
