In the Manhattan area, this hotel is newly renovated, the location is safe and convenient, and it also provides free laundry room and gym. The lounge restaurant on the sixth floor is also very suitable for casual meetings. The restaurant connected to the first floor is also a good restaurant in the local recommendation. The attitude of the hotel from the front desk to the cleaning service is very good. will live here next time.

I stayed for two weeks and it was nice. There is a welcome drink (whiskey), a coffee machine, etc., but there was no breakfast, and it's not a good place to stay for a long night (a little cheaper + a place with cooking facilities is better). There is Bryant Park in front, and the security is pretty good. It's just a five-minute walk from Times Square.

This hotel was perfect. Great rooms and perfect location. Quick walk to Times Square for Theatre and very close to Grand Central. Will definitely be back!

Close to everything, safe, chic hotel, amazing staff, cleanliness top notch! What sets this hotel apart from any other that I’ve stayed in NYC or anywhere in the world really, is the water supplied for rooms, genius! Using clean, empty water bottles and providing a dispensing machine (think similar to Keurig for example) by the elevators we were never without water. Im presuming they are recycled so economically great and being one who is always on the hunt for water in the room it is so appreciated! More hotels should follow thank you Park Terrace. Overall 5 stars in every category!

From the first entrance to our exit the staff was very helpful and welcoming in this well situated and comfortable mid-town hotel.

So happy I chose this hotel it ticked everything we needed for our trip.
The location was fantastic we could pop back really easily in the afternoons to get changed or recharge for an hour before the evening things we had planned.
The bed was so comfy especially the pillows it was like sleeping on a cloud.
We accidentally used the residents elevator from the -2 floor, all I can say is I would gladly live there!!
