The room was very spacious, and the hotel was located in a safe area. The security staff were incredibly kind and thoroughly checked the luggage that was delivered to the hotel for us. They even helped us load our bags into the taxi when we left for the airport, ensuring a safe and secure trip from start to finish. The room itself was very large, clean, and well-maintained. The only minor downside was the absence of complimentary bottled water in the room, which would have been very helpful during our stay. As with other hotels, toothbrushes were not provided. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. Thank you.

This hotel is a bit old. The facilities and decor aren't modern, but overall it's pretty good. The location is a definite plus.

First time to stay at Manhattan Club hotel, but it was lovely stay and quite reasonable in NYC! Room: very spacious and provides a kitchen which is very convent to eat inside a room! Room temperature of our room was low and we felt a bit cold inside our room 🥶! Looks like a heatingsysten is old so I wasn’t able to set the temperature in our room. Amenities: they only provided minimum amenities…but it was very helpful that we can use a bathrobe! Location: it was convenient to visit many places in NYC, if you would not like to use public transportations this hotel can be convenient as it’s very close to Central Park and other spots!

Our hotel room was 75 degrees - the front desk said they had complaints but “it’s an old building and we can’t always regulate the temp”. My friend and I had a terrible sleepless night ! The window opened about 2 inches but would not stay open - horrible !!!

A bit old, but the bedding was decent and the location was pretty good.

The hotel reception was very welcoming. When I arrived late at night, they proactively upgraded me to a room with a terrace. The location is great, the price is good, and it's within walking distance of Central Park. It's a hotel worth staying at multiple times!

Our child was going to a Carnegie Hall performance, and this hotel's location was unbeatable. The concert hall was right outside the door, and various Broadway theaters, Times Square, and numerous restaurants were all within walking distance. The subway station was also nearby. The room was huge. For this price, you'd probably only find one hotel in the heart of Manhattan with such a spacious room. Although the furniture was old, it was functional, and the bedding was clean. Our room was a corner room, so it was very noisy. Even with the windows closed and curtains drawn, we were still disturbed by passing cars downstairs. Also, the air conditioning wasn't very effective in winter. It was 0 degrees Celsius outside, and cold air seeped into the room through the window cracks. We had to turn the heater on full blast to barely maintain a temperature of around 20 degrees Celsius.

The location is good, right on 56th Street, within walking distance of Times Square and Central Park. There are fast food restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The hotel does not provide slippers. The room is quite large; for the price and size, it's pretty good.
