Hotel Indigo FLUSHING - LAGUARDIA by IHG

Fantastic! Super clean and the view is pretty good too. The entrance on the ground floor was a bit small and under renovation. There was one overweight Asian woman at the front desk who had a terrible attitude, acting like she looked down on Chinese people and favored foreigners. The hotel itself is great though! All the other front desk staff were excellent!

I stayed at this hotel for a work trip for almost a week and had a great experience. It's super convenient, right above Flushing's Chinatown, so shopping and dining are incredibly easy. Highly recommend!

The hotel offers convenient shuttle service to and from LGA, making it easy to get there from the airport. The room was decent, nothing special but not bad either. For New York, I was quite satisfied with the price. The location is excellent, very close to various Chinese restaurants. It feels like the best value for money among the nearby hotels.

The front desk staff were absolutely terrible. They had no idea what they were doing. I had a prepaid booking through a third-party platform, and checking in took an eternity. They told me the deposit was $200, but after I paid, I realized they had charged me an extra $400+. I spoke to the front desk, and they said they'd refund me, but then late at night, they charged me another $400+. I talked to them again, and they promised they'd process the refund and assured me it wouldn't happen again. But lo and behold, late that night, they quietly charged me *another* $400+. For a two-night stay, despite having already paid for the room and deposit, they ended up freezing over $1200 on my card. The front desk staff just kept giving me the runaround and brushing me off; they were completely useless at resolving issues. I spent my entire two-night stay complaining and worrying about this, and it completely ruined my trip. Staying here was my biggest regret, and I'll never stay again.

Terrible experience. The room they gave me had so many issues – it wasn't clean, and none of the facilities worked. They didn't even bother to help us switch rooms. This hotel is not only overpriced but also in a very inconvenient location. I strongly advise everyone to avoid it.
