Great location, close to good coffee, bread, museum, piers. A clean room, friendly staff (big thanks to Jose and colleagues), courtyard, and use of kitchen en all day cold water, tea, etc

The shower head was broken and water was coming out the pipes from opposite side. The comforter had pink stains on it. The floor I was on was so inconvenient because I have asthma and no one accommodated my requests to be on first or second floor instead I was places on 4th floor. The room I was in was very noisy couldn’t get any good rest. The only thing that was great about my stay was the night staff.

The staff were absolutely amazing that the decor harkens to a different time and it’s in a great central location. Highly recommend the hotel. Just be aware they don’t have an elevator so if you’re on the fifth floor, it means climbing some stairs, but the staff is happy to help. And we can all use the extra steps.
