Hotel Indigo LOWER EAST SIDE NEW YORK by IHG Reviews

The room was good with a good view and perfect cooling. The only drawback was the water pressure was too too high and steel while taking bath from the side wall shower jet. Also the coffee machine was not cleaned properly even after informing the room attendant.

The description stated that we would have bathrobes and other amenities, but there were none in the room. However, the worst part was the noise: on the 4th floor you could hear the street noise, and on the 6th the whole room was shaking because of the purple. If you’re a very light sleeper, I don’t recommend it. The staff were very friendly at all times.

Room was smaller than advertised and very basic compared to other indigos in large cities. Disappointing.

Location is very central, staff nice enough and with service charge of $36 you can have a free breakfast ans a drink a day…but not if u are vegan!! To be fair for the price range I was expecting something a bit more up class .

Was definitely expecting more from this IHG hotel. Got a room upgrade and even then the room was very beat and worn down. Service staff were nice, does have a very popular night club / bar which is nice or bad depending on your plans.

This is the second time our family stayed in this hotel, probably the best choice in Lower East. The hotel manager Milta is really kind and helpful. The cleaning lady Nancy is also very kind and treated our family with extra care. The club and the roof top lounge is also a nice place to hang out and do some work in the morning, and have a drink and spend an evening with friends at night. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York.

Hello The Hotel is really Bad. I was charged Double for the stay and they have been charging me daily on my account without my permission. Even after speaking to there management i am not getting any solutions. Thy do not understand hospitality and they do not communicate. I am going to write to consumer court in USA for the issues that they have created

Great location and spacious rooms!

The property is beautiful and well-maintained, but we didn't particularly like the location (a 20-minute walk from Chinatown and Little Italy, and right below the hotel is Kats Delicatessen, famous for its excellent pastrami). The room was spacious, clean, and quiet (we were on the 4th floor, far from the restaurant on the 14th floor). The minibar was expensive (they even charged us for water). The view from the Purple restaurant on the 15th floor was beautiful, as was the pool where you can cool off (towels are provided, as there are no loungers). Breakfast consisted of a voucher with which you could choose a sweet or savory item and a drink. You could also have lunch by the pool with a spectacular view. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Amazing stay in NYC. I was on a business trip and visited this hotel, staying for 6 nights. I would gladly return. The only downside is that the room is very noisy on weekends due to the rooftop.
