Extremely disappointing experience. The service was poor, and the hotel felt more like a budget inn.

Excellent food and hotel location. Service staff are very helpful from luggage, and front desk. But it took 2 hrs to have towels sent to the room, and the air blower is very old and need replace. it sounds like helicopter.

The room lacked amenities like facial cotton, cotton swabs, and shoe shine kits, and it was quite basic for the price paid.

The hotel was warm and welcoming on our arrival.Check in was quick snd easy.we agreed a preferred floor for our stay and were happy to be given a room next door to our daughter and granddaughter as requested. The room was clean and bright and was changed on the days we required and always cleaned to a high standard. Breakfasts were busy even though we changed times to find a quieter time, however there was always plenty of food available and it was always warm. Everything was tasty and fresh. We were welcomed each day whilst giving our room numbers and loved the friendliness of those doing so especially Jennie. Tables were cleaned quickly and plates removed as soon as food was consumed The hotel is in a great location close to all amenities

This 4-star hotel in the heart of Times Square has relatively small but clean rooms. The staff, from receptionists to those managing the breakfast queue, spoke in a harsh and disrespectful tone. There are too few elevators for the number of guests. The breakfast selection is limited and barely enough for the number of guests. The main issue is that I had read reviews about this hotel's elevators and breakfast area before, but I never expected to experience the worst possible stay. I stayed at this hotel for two nights. On the first morning, the staff tried to force my husband and me to sit at a table squeezed in with other guests. A large woman sitting back-to-back with me had to get up and down almost every 5 minutes. By the time we finished eating, I barely had time to eat because I had to keep getting up to let her in. I asked to move tables, even though there were empty tables, but the staff were unhappy about it. On the second morning, the biggest problem was the extremely crowded elevators, and there seemed to be insufficient number of elevators. Upon arriving at the breakfast area, the staff managing the table queue pointed my husband and me to another side of the dining area, while our two children were coming down in the elevator. When we reached the entrance of the dining area the staff told us to go to, there was no one ahead of us in line, so my husband and I walked in. There were quite a few empty tables, about 4-5, but the staff member managing the table queue told my husband and me to wait outside, claiming my child hadn't arrived yet, even though my child was coming down the elevator. My husband had already gotten food and placed it on the table, but the same female staff member insisted that my husband and I leave the dining room and called a security guard to escort him out. At that moment, my children arrived, and a waiter told us to sit down as there were plenty of empty tables. We wasted almost half an hour before we could get a seat. The restaurant closes at 10 am. When there were about 10 minutes left, the same female staff member who managed the table queue came and told my child that we had to leave in 4 minutes. Her tone and demeanor were impolite, disrespectful, and completely lacking in service mind. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel; otherwise, you will be treated unfairly. It was like being a homeless person begging for food. Another issue is that the hotel asked for a $100 deposit and said it could be paid in cash. When checking out, they let us put our keycard in a box. We never got our deposit back. When I emailed them about the refund, they said I had to come and collect it in person, and by then I had already left New York for another city. In short, absolutely do not stay here. All the staff are unkind, unfriendly, and have absolutely no service mind.

I recommend this place because the location is excellent! The facilities are decent, not bad. There is a wide variety of food for breakfast, and the service is superb.

4-star hotel near Time Square, decent value for money, excellent breakfast, rooms only on the upper floors. They gave me a room on the 3rd floor and after threats of bad reviews they accommodated me with one on the 19th.

The location is nice, clean and the reception is helpful. I would prefer it again.

The advantages are that it is close to Times Square and very clean. The disadvantages are that it is too business-like, the 7th floor is too noisy, and lacks comfort.

Beautiful property in a great location, comfortable bed and room. Excellent breakfast.
