Everything was perfect except two things.
(1) it’s an insult for the guest who go to a breakfast place. No more choices and you have to stand in a line all the time for a breakfast.
It was like beggars are lining for a free food. And elevator was suck. You need to wait for a very long time to get one. If you can handle this all things then enjoy your stay. Rest all are fine. Staff were very generous.

The room is huge, there are so many people, there is a queue for breakfast, the elevator is very slow, you have to wait for more than fifteen minutes to go downstairs, and the sound insulation is very poor.

The breakfast hours are so crowded and not too many selections. Nice hot breakfast in winter is always a plus.
No compliment water bottle and there's a charge if you are not a member.
Room in general very small but that's New York City. So its understandable. Sofa bed is not very uncomfortable, luckily it's only 2 nights. Elevator is fast but can be crowded in peak hours.
Convenient location close to Times square but room is too small, I would not stay next time.

The location was perfect for us. There was an issue with Rosa at the front desk. She’s rude. However, the guy with the flashy earrings at the front desk was a gem!! Very accommodating and pleasant to talk to every time we passed him!! Thank you for your hospitality. I think his name was Kevin. Best front desk staff!

This hotel had the busiest lobby I have ever seen! No mater what time I came to the hotel the lobby was busy with people talking and having a good time.
