Convenient location near transit in Rockaway for a great price. It’d be nice to have a hot water dispenser for instant coffee or tea and to get the vending machines fixed.

Furniture is broken. Toilets with sticky surface. Way different than in pictures.

The hotel was quite far from the airport despite what the website said about it. The Hallway smelled really badly of ********* the whole night.

Hotel Mint is right next to Far Rockaway Mott station. Basically just take the A train and it’s a straight shot to Manhattan. Also, there’s plenty of restaurants in the area so you won’t go hungry. Hotel service was very good, the staff was extremely hospitable and was a very smooth and easy experience. I recommend this place if you’re looking for something affordable fresh off the plane and need a place to lay your head.

Will never comeback to that hotel I paid to much for it, there is no hot water, hairdryer, flies in the lobby,, like a lots I think next time when I don't hv money I rather sleep in the airport their phone number doesn't work! So when I tried to check in the next day when I still hv my booking there, they not except me for not showing, but why they phone number not even WORK😠 Bathtub slimy towel hv ***** hair, I didn't take pic I'm sure they will think I put that hair purposely. Anyway will NEVER book them again

Since I was traveling alone, I booked a budget hotel just because it had a bed and a place to stay, but I was surprised to find it had a bathtub. The hotel was very clean and I had a comfortable stay. The woman at the reception desk was especially kind; she helped me carry my luggage and accompanied me when the taxi arrived, which I really appreciated as I'm not good at English and felt a bit anxious.

The surrounding environment is poor, no parking lot is provided, and it is difficult to park

Very bad, very disgusting, no one responded, and Ctrip platform did nothing. Do not book this hotel on Ctrip platform, Ctrip is a hands-off shopkeeper. Can't contact anyone.
