I stayed at Brooklyn House and the place itself is okay. However, my experience with the front desk staff during the morning shift was not good . The front desk staff needs improvement in communication and customer service. The staff did not greet new guests and was not very welcoming. When I asked questions, they did respond, but the explanations were not clear, which caused misunderstandings.
The staff asked for my guest name, but even after I gave my complete name, they repeatedly said it was not in the system. Even my booking number could not be found, despite me showing the booking confirmation. I am not sure if this was a system issue or a staff issue.
It was only after I mentioned that I booked through Trip.com that the staff finally acknowledged and agreed. This experience was stressful and could have been handled much better with clearer communication and better assistance.
