Very comfortable boutique hotel. Would definitely return.

The suite was spacious and pleasantly decorated. Functionally, it was lacking. There weren't enough hooks or bars to hang a used towel. I would prefer reusing towels because of the expense and environmental impact of laundering towels after one use. I would have preferred more space to place toiletries in the smaller bathroom. The smaller bathroom sink and tub did not drain properly. This was brought to the attention of the staff at the time of check out. Lastly, the TV offerings were not of interest and quite lacking. There was no ability to access my Netflix account or HBO.

we rented a hotel for 5 people, the room was not ready for 5, only for 4. there were not enough towels and bedding, we called to bring us more. in general it was clean

This is a hotel we’ve stayed at several times. It is very convenient to train lines and close to restaurants and Cental Park. The kitchen is great if you want to do breakfast in the room and a grocery store is about a block away. Room is large too.

Overall great location. Great room size especially for a family of 5. Quiet hotel area which was great. Staff were friendly. My only negative is that our room was completely missed for cleaning one day (not sure what happened as we didn't have any do not disturb sign up). Overall would stay here again. Easy access to subway and there are several restaurants nearby along with some great coffee options down the street.
