It was seamless, from check-in to check-out. I was able to request for late check-out. Upon check-out I left my luggage so I could still roam around. Got my luggage back safe. Breakfast is okay. Not grand. But I was able to eat everything. I normally couldn’t eat breakfast from cheap priced bookings cause it’s normally bad, but here, I was able to make use of it.

I had good experience here. The service is great and they provided the breakfast for us too. The room is not big but enough for 1-2 people to stay. They provided microwave, fridge, TV, hair dryer and also the iron.

Was on eight floor internet didn’t reach. Had to go to lobby. Second day it was change out beds so elevator was busy all day. 20 minute wait on an elevator just to go down stairs for online. Lady at desk during the day with glasses and shall was on the phone the whole day. Waited to discuss problem and waited again for her to end call. Left because she never did. The guy at night was only bright spot. Day was 2/17 so it can checked.

Room was alright for a night! Although could have been nicer, entered room it was so hot, the ac/heater unit made a loud banging noise throughout the night made it hard to sleep, towels were dingy, Customer service was good and friendly , didn’t get a chance to try breakfast. Definitely gonna be a go to for a quick stop in the city.

I loved the comfort inn in New York my stay was so beautiful and amazing the scenery was so nice and the people surprisingly were too. I can’t wait till my next trip I’m thinking the capital of the United States next !
