Great location, a minute away from metro. Large rooms with ample space. Really friendly and attentive staff. Always greeting and available. Free tea and coffee all day and great machines with flavoured water at your desired temperature and sparkling or not! They also have free fruit, biscuits (if you're quick) and a coffee/hot choc machine available from 1pm for a few hours. Black Tap burger place is attached to the hotel, always great food worldwide. Overall a great experience at this hotel. Would book again.

Great location in NY close to major touristic areas like central park and times square. It is right next to the empire state building.
