The manager was nice, but not around a lot. The maids were nice. There were no paper towels or napkins in the kitchen. The Garden room was roomy and the kitchen was ample, but the patio was trashed out and unusable. The patio needs a good cleaning out. The dining room table was about to fall down and the closet door was broken.
Great location and value, but scruffy around the edges. Building is very secure.

Chegamos muito cansadas mas a recepcionista não nos liberava logo para subir, mesmo após o pagamento das taxas q tivemos que pagar na hospedagem.
Mas isso poderia não ter incomodado tanto, não fosse o fato de deixarem colchas q usamos como toalhas para os próximos hóspedes sem higieniza-las. EU PEGUEI HERPES ZOSTER. provavelmente não trocaram a roupa de cama.
DERRUBEI MEU BRINCO E FUI APANHA-LO EM BAIXO DA CAMA, acho q nunca limparam naquele lugar, visto a enorme quantidade de sujeira. E durante toda a estada não varreram o chão, pois os farelos q caiam permaneceram lá, até nossa saída. Hotel de quinta categoria embora preço dos hotéis centrais.

Unhappy with this hotel
When we got there , was not nice looking on the inside. Stairs were unsafe. Went to check in, room was not ready. So we wanted to just cancel and they insisted that we would be charged the full price of the room even though the room was not ready. We stood there waiting over 45mins before we decided to cancel. Will not be coming again.

The place is old and worn. The one person I met in the check in was very nice and helpful. The extra $50.00 fee on top of the room rate and taxes was the straw that broke the camel’s back.

Great location, nice kitchenette
Great location and nice to have a kitchenette. This was more of an B and B than a regular hotel so has the pluses and minuses associated with that. Comfortable and simple. Bed wasn't great but everything else was good.
Location made it worth the other issues
