Trump International Hotel & Tower® New York

Great location! It's a suite with a stovetop, and there's a supermarket nearby to buy groceries and cook. The price is a bit high, but overall it's pretty good. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that.

Hygiene: Extremely satisfied. Service: Standard, not overly enthusiastic. More satisfied with the room service. Facilities: The entrance is very discreet and unassuming, and the lobby is so small I wondered if this was really a Trump hotel. The Wi-Fi was down when I checked in at around 10 PM on the first night and wasn't fixed until the next morning. The toiletries and bottled water in the room were excellent brands – toiletries by Spanish brand Natura Bissé and unlimited glass-bottled Evian water – which somewhat fit the Trump hotel style. Environment and Location: Many police cars around the hotel, felt very safe. Central Park's southwest entrance is just across the street. There's a Whole Foods Market in the basement across another street, making it very convenient to buy snacks and fruit. It's within a 15-minute walk to Fifth Avenue, Times Square, and Broadway, and about 20 minutes to Grand Central Station. Also, this is a hotel and residential building; the actual Trump Tower is not here, it's about a 15-minute walk away. The hotel restaurant closes at 9:30 PM, room service is available until 1 AM, and the gym and spa close at either 9 PM or 9:30 PM.

The room decor was a bit plain, but the service was exceptional. Every day, the bed linens were impeccably made, without a single wrinkle. Thanks to the presidential visit, the hotel, including downstairs and the street outside, felt very secure. Looking out the window at night, I even noticed special security personnel. The Western restaurant on the first floor was also great, with excellent service!

The hotel has a great environment, and the rooms are clean and very comfortable. The staff are all very enthusiastic and always help promptly with any issues. It's really good value for money, I highly recommend staying here.
