Great stay. Called for some robes one night and told they would be delivering it shortly. It never came. And be careful with the showers. It literally wets the whole bathroom. Other than that, very clean and friendly staff. I would come back.

My short stay at Arlo was great! The room was very clean and had sleek finishes. I had breakfast the next morning and it was delicious. The decor at the hotel is very swanky and cool! The only negative thing is they charge you a $30 “destination fee”. I don’t understand why.

Great spot for views and walking distance to events. Don’t go on the weekends if you’re looking for a quiet night, this hotel is in the mix for all the fun and you’ll hear it ;)

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! So clean, the customer service was AMAZING! I stayed the weekend of my birthday which was also NYE weekend. The guest service named Carlos was sooo nice. Very informative, & even gave me a coupon for a free drink as a birthday gift. The location was GREAT. Surrounded by bars, stores, a bowling alley was across from the hotel. There were food trucks everywhere, which was great after a night out/few drinks. The restaurant was gorgeous! Loved the interior. We brought in the new year down at the restaurant/bar, and it was a vibe! The view from the balcony was amazing. We were able to see fireworks from our room, and the skyline is beautiful at night. I also lol, loved the smell of the hotel!! They sell the fragrance too, I need to order one for the house. Overall, 10/10! Will definitely look into this hotel if I’m ever back in the city.

The arlo is a beautiful hotel. We loved the vibes, the room was compact but great for a couple. The only issue was the bathroom - it’s a farm door hinge situation and no fan in a small room.

Beautiful hotel & great location, but it did not feel like 5* hotel based on the service. We ran into communication breakdowns and/or impoliteness with staff from the front desk, bartenders, restaurant management, rooftop bar bouncers/hosts. It became almost comical that nearly every interaction was challenging or contradictory information to what someone else had told us. Feels like there are some kinks that need to be ironed out to make this feel like a 5* experience vs. only a beautiful hotel.

Clean, and great service from the reception staff, restaurant host / hostesses and the food was good. One brooding bartender who blew up at as hostess (unnecessary) in my opinion may need to be warned on professionalism in the workplace but aside from that, a great experience
