This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The place was extremely dirty, and the facilities were anything but convenient. Everything felt cheaply made, almost like a model house, with very low-quality materials throughout. There was no proper sense of safety or cleanliness. Sand was everywhere, including throughout the hallways and inside the shower. There was no iron, no hair dryer, and no towels. The toilet could not be flushed properly, and the sink was clogged and would not drain. The air inside the room was terrible and felt like being in a storage room. The actual property looked nothing like the photos online. The blanket was extremely thin and dirty, and the pillows were also dirty. Overall, everything about this stay was disappointing. This was genuinely the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Fantastic location, about 30 minutes from JFK without traffic. When I arrived, there was a bit of a wait to check-in. The staff were helpful when I needed to get a replacement phone charger. The bathroom was in need of renovation and a deep clean. I know hotel is not responsible for clientele, but enforcement of quiet hours would have meant a much better sleep. If you've got an early flight, don't need to bathe, and can sleep through doors slamming and loud voices, this is a great deal for the price.

It was a good value for your money..neighborhood was a little sketchy

The service at the front desk was acceptable, but the room had a very noisy AC and the door cannot be locked from inside.

Affordable and central to all

Avoid at all cost, bed sheets were torn, windows curtains had holes on them. Shower curtains were mouldy, no room service. Room access key was randomly disabled and had to re-enabled at night. Dead insects in the drawers.

Excellent location, accessible by bus. Room condition acceptable.

It was so bad smelly , **** smell in all the lobbies
