The Washington hotel best thing is a very good location. As some other reviewers may say, cleanliness and amenities can be better but for sleeping at night it was more than enough.

I was denied check-in and could not stay or use any service.However, the hotel still charged me the full amount and the manager refused to help with the refund.They also ignored communication from my booking agency.This was very disappointing and unprofessional. I will not stay here again.

紐約華盛頓酒店神操作！花9千住店蹲大堂到凌晨，按金拒收現金逼瘋旅客！
家人們誰懂啊！提前砸9千多訂紐約華盛頓酒店一週住宿，就因為150美金按金，酒店硬氣拒收現金、還拒絕後續置換方案，硬生生把我按在大堂蹲了近4小時，熬到凌晨1點多才入住！
三次主動交涉求變通，紐約華盛頓酒店全程冷漠臉堅決不同意，連杯熱水都沒給過，這服務態度真的絕了！好不容易進了房間更心梗：牆壁上一層明顯積灰，手指一摸全是痕跡；加床送來了，配套被子卻遲遲不到，催了兩次才拿來，結果是條沒套被套的裸被，直接堆在床尾，衞生狀況堪憂；更離譜的是房間裏連電話機都沒有，遇事衹能來回跑大堂！
求助攜程更氣人！連續三次聯繫客服，每次都承諾“15分鐘內給答覆”，結果45分鐘裏全程失聯，主動催問就衹會説“再等15分鐘”。偌大一個平台，遇到問題衹會拖延甩鍋，毫無應急預案，完全是擺設！花着真金白銀，在紐約華盛頓酒店遭着這份罪，這波按金拒收現金的神操作+擺爛服務，誰看了不罵一句離譜！

It was just a well decorated room. We had a great view. No kettle, no complementary water, luggage storage was with a fee. Changing elevators was also not something you'd look for.

Rude staff who think customers are a pain. The hotel management is very greedy - they charge $2.00 to store luggage, we have travelled the world and have never come across a hotel that charge for keeping luggage. The overall vibe is negative. The only positive is the location. Wouldn't stay here again. Thank you
