New hotel, new furniture in the room, everything clean and fresh. I’m recommend this hotel

I really like the hotel's add-ons given that it is a budget hotel. Has a gym, some free drinks (but give up the coffee, it's awful), ice, free breakfast. I hope the hotel and change it). The room is tidy and the public spaces too. I didn't get lucky enough to get a room with a view of the statue of liberty. But I can't ask for more for the price!

we found a few cockroaches, except that, we are really satisfied.

Great very modern hotel. I had a great view of Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty. Nice room. Nice rainfall shower. Close the the Brooklyn Cruise Port so a great pre cruise hotel.

The hotel states that there is valet parking available but no one was ever at the stations. The paint job in the room was horrendous and the shower head was leaking when we entered the room.

Location convenient but stay not comfortable. Room too small for one let alone the two of us. Only access to bed from one side and part of footend. Bathroom layout poor. Needed to shuffle around door to use toilet. Shower small. Much of bathroom counter not accessible.

The staff was amazingly sweet and attentive. The only downside was the breakfast, but other than that I would definitely stay here again.

Location of the hotel is problematic, on a busy street in a poor part of Brooklyn. The hotel is basic, acoustic isolation terrible, can hear noise from the hallway and other room. Quality of breakfast was poor. Not a good experience, not a good hotel.

A gem in the midst of growing area of Brooklyn. We stay because of proximity to family, but also close to Industry City…great, funky retail/commercial area!!

The room was very clean. The bathroom is huge! Was in a good location, close to the cruis ports. The front desk agent was very kind and had a great restaurant recommendation. Will stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend for a stay in Brooklyn. It was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful with directions and holding our luggage after checkout. Even though the property was non-smoking, there was a definite smell of cigarettes in the hall and in our sheets - guess some guests don't follow the rules.
