The service at the Peninsula is top notch. They were very accommodating and made sure our stay was comfortable

We liked everything, the location is good, the staff is kind and friendly, the bed is very good, the breakfast was great, the pool is very good, I just didn't give it a 10 because of something that I explain below

Among the three equally well-known five-star hotels of similar price that I stayed in during my visit to New York, the other two were far from five-star in quality and were complete rip-offs. Only the Peninsula Hotel was worthy of its reputation - the rooms were spacious, sophisticated, elegant, and artistic, the facilities were smart and modern, and both the front desk and room service were great!

The room facilities are complete, the artificial intelligence management system is very good and convenient. The location and transportation are undoubtedly the best.

The service is very good. The hotel is a bit old, not as new as in China. It is a pity that the package does not include breakfast.

Very small, very noisy, not recommended, the service is very average, not worth the price at all, it is estimated that the main payment is the rent and location. No coffee in the room. I have tried both Peninsula and Mandarin Oriental, and the sincerity is average.
