The room was clean and tidy but had no fridge which was incredibly inconvenient. I can’t remember the last hotel I stayed at without one.
The lobby was always very busy and the elevators a constant issue. There were long queues for the elevators at all times of day. I had to wait as long as 10 minutes on my floor for an elevator to arrive. Guests were constantly complaining about this and it was probably the worst I’ve ever experienced.
The staff were helpful although one of them was being trained and gave me the wrong information but I was apologised to by another staff member so no big deal.

The location is very convenient, close to Times Square and empire building, only take 15-20 mins walk.
The room does not provide water unless you are the member, but the convenient store is close

Stayed one more night. The location on 36th Street (between 5th and 6th) is good. The main attractions are within a half-hour walk. The room is indeed small, but I am content with it in this place where every inch of land is valuable. After putting the suitcase, there is almost no place to step. I didn't eat the hotel breakfast. Overall, it was good.

I booked this hotel near Times Square in New York. Before booking, I saw some posts on a certain social media app saying the area was a bit chaotic, but after staying there, I felt it was fine. Many people stay here, so there's no need to worry. Besides the deposit, you also have to pay a destination fee, which includes a daily package. This package allows you to pick up two bottles of water from the front desk daily and get two waffle cookies refilled in your room (they're delicious!). It also includes a $10 credit for the downstairs dining area each day, which you *must* use on the same day as it doesn't carry over to the next. I didn't use the Citi Bike or the gym, so it felt like a mandatory fee, but for those who can use it, don't let it go to waste. The hotel is clean, the bedding is quite comfortable, and while the shower stall is small, it doesn't splash water out. The front desk staff's service attitude was alright, if you know what I mean. Overall, it's small but has everything you need. (I didn't take any pictures, but the ones I found on that social media app look exactly like my room.)

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the bustling downtown area, making dining and sightseeing incredibly convenient. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Empire State Building and Times Square, and the subway is easily accessible for trips to the Metropolitan Museum of Art and Central Park. We arrived before check-in time, but the staff, seeing how tired we were, very kindly allowed us to check into our room early. This gesture brought a touch of warmth to us in a strange foreign environment. I hope to have the chance to stay here again next time.

Extremely small rooms with very little space to spare. Also, despite the online description, the hotel offers no valley parking or parking in general. It took us another 20 minutes to drive to the nearest parking after we checked in, so plan ahead.

The location is very good and the rooms are a decent size, but mine was very dark (not that I care too much, as I was most of the time out). The breakfast was also very good, but extremely crowded no matter the time you went for it (not much the hotel can do if they are fully booked as it seemed in the weekend I was there). All in all, really good experience. I will stay again in it if the occasion comes.

Great location! It's easy to catch a taxi right outside, and there's a subway station just a short walk away. Breakfast was decent, and the coffee was particularly good. The night view from here is also stunning, perfect for a quiet moment of reflection. The sofa is comfortable, and the mattress is soft.

I was a little skeptical reading online reviews but my stay was excellent. Location was excellent, I pretty much walked everywhere. Subway station is across the street. Toiletries were of good quality, even makeup wipes were provided! Wifi signal was strong. I wanted to give a special shoutout to Monica from front desk. She was very helpful and ever so friendly.

The hotel was generally very clean. The location, I suppose like everywhere else in Manhattan, was constantly noisy with car horns and the unsettling sounds of police and ambulance sirens. The hotel staff were certainly friendly, but that's not quite the same as being efficient. The front desk area was unusually small. Perhaps it was due to the peak season, but there was a continuous overflow of people checking in and out, and no one was managing the queue. As a result, some less attentive individuals had to wait forever for their turn, which made me think, 'Only in America.' The power outlet in my room was faulty, and my phone didn't charge overnight. I only realized it when my phone was about to die while I was out the next day, which caused a panic. When I returned and informed the hotel, they replaced it immediately. However, it seemed like they were only replacing them as complaints came in, which made me wonder about their maintenance policy. Also, perhaps it's standard practice everywhere in NYC, but storing luggage after check-out cost $5 per bag.

王王Hotel location is excellent, very convenient for business travel, this price is good value for money, the waiter is warm, the first floor is the famous WOLFGANG'S steak restaurant, it is worth trying, the only regret is that there is no hot water bottle, there is no way to boil water .

AAnonymous UserMy husband and I went to spend Christmas in New York, with my son, daughter-in-law and two granddaughters. Even though we made reservations on different apps, they not only placed us side by side, but also upgraded us to the 17th floor. Everything's good!!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is excellent, right in Times Square, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. Even though it's a large hotel with many guests, I never experienced any delays with the elevators or dining, which speaks to their incredibly well-organized operations—I'm quite impressed. There's a mandatory $40 daily charge, but since I would have been spending on food anyway, it felt like good value, especially with the added bonus of complimentary sightseeing tickets, with several options to choose from. Overall, I found it to be a very worthwhile expense!

TtracyhThe location is great, not far from the OURBUS station. However, the air conditioning in my room was really noisy this time, and there were unexplained noises from upstairs that lasted almost all night. I also feel like the room type I was given wasn't what I booked, and although I mentioned it to the front desk, they insisted there was no mistake. The breakfast buffet had limited options, was very crowded, and a bit chaotic.

GGuest UserThe location is incredibly convenient, right next to the bus stop and within walking distance of the train station, with plenty of dining options nearby. Rooms are serviced every two days. Despite facing the street, our room was quiet thanks to good soundproofing, and it came equipped with a kitchen and laundry facilities. A major drawback, however, was the elevators for the upper floors, which were incredibly slow and severely insufficient. Complimentary coffee and lemonade were always available downstairs. While breakfast is free, it's very basic, made with rather cheap and common ingredients, and frankly, not very tasty. I also strongly disliked the extensive use of disposable cutlery, which I found to be very environmentally unfriendly. On the positive side, their check-out time is later than most other hotels in New York, which is a huge convenience! Luggage storage is also available.

EEjieerThe room was in a fantastic location with a great ambiance. However, the service definitely needs some improvement. I had pre-paid for breakfast, but wasn't given any vouchers during check-in. The next morning, I had to make two trips back and forth to the ground floor for breakfast because I didn't have a voucher. This made for a rather inconvenient and frustrating experience.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, though it's quite lively, which can make getting a good night's sleep a bit challenging. That said, location is key here. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Nasdaq Exchange, making it incredibly convenient.
