"The owner was extremely kind, responded quickly to my messages before and after check-in, and often checked in with me during my stay to make sure everything was okay. The shared spaces such as the kitchen and bathroom were kept very clean, so it was comfortable even for a longer stay. Part of the property is like a share house, and the other guests were also very friendly, greeting me and chatting with me, which created a very warm atmosphere. It is located in a quiet residential area, so I could relax and sleep well at night. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and friendly homestay experience in Brisbane. This was one of my favorite stays in Brisbane."

"Very new hotel, so the facilities are not complete yet. The street facing the hotel gate cannot be used for pick-up and drop-off, so you have to walk a short distance to reach the pick-up and drop-off point. People with mobility problems or elderly people should pay attention. There is no phone in the room, so I can't contact the front desk. I'm not sure if it will be installed in the future. The heating equipment is a bit faulty, and the temperature only stays at 21 degrees at most. If the weather is warm, this is not a problem."

"The property is well located, which was a key reason for my initial choice. However, the overall experience was disappointing. Housekeeping was handled by untrained young staff, resulting in consistently poor cleaning standards. My dishwasher was non-functional, and a clogged pantry drain caused water to flood into the living room. Despite reporting these issues, management offered little support. It took four days before they agreed to move me to a different apartment. Even then, basic necessities were lacking—I had to purchase a lighter just to use the cooker. One of the receptionists, whose name begins with ”P”, was particularly unhelpful and dismissive. Additionally, one of the elevators remained out of service for over 10 days, causing further inconvenience. Ultimately, I chose to relocate to a different property."

"This is actually a family-run business that has converted two rooms into a bed and breakfast. The lady who runs it is from Shandong; she's very kind and helpful, and patiently explained to me how to get a public transport card and how to take the bus to Brisbane city center. I had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely stay here again next time I come back."
