"Environment: The location is great, quiet, and the surrounding amenities are fairly complete. There are many restaurants, pharmacies, and a newly opened hotel within about a kilometer by taxi, as well as a laundry room.
Facilities: There's a coffee shop, a small bar, a game room, etc.
Breakfast is even more of a letdown. The coffee machine doesn't come with milk scoops, and there are no milk scoops at all. The toast doesn't come with butter. I'm not mistaken, this is a hotel costing nearly 1000 RMB! If you don't want these things, you can just not have them provided. It's like a joke. The most outrageous thing is that there was only one person in the kitchen for breakfast the next day; the chef said the other person hadn't gotten up yet. I can only laugh.
Cleanliness: I strongly disagree. I arrived at the hotel in the evening, looked at two rooms, and chose the one on the third floor. First, there was a spider in the corner of the bathroom. I can understand other crawling insects, but spiders only indicate that the corner hasn't been cleaned for a long time. Second, I asked for an extra blanket, and they brought it without a cover—very vague. Third, after sleeping in the first room, my entire leg and limbs broke out in red rashes, like bites, but not quite. I'll attach pictures for reference. After communicating with the hotel and changing rooms, the number of rashes didn't increase the next day; instead, they appeared in rows of two. After the bedding was changed, the number of rashes stopped increasing. I guess you can imagine what happened.
Service: I would call it non-existent service. First, before arriving at the hotel, I asked if there was a pharmacy nearby, and the response was ”I don't know.” Asking for a pharmacy indicates you're feeling unwell; I can overlook that, given the low emotional intelligence. The key point is that there's a pharmacy within a kilometer; how could a tourist not know that, and you didn't know that either? Second, I asked for an ashtray in the room, and the response was ”No.” There weren't even disposable cups? They absolutely won't solve any problems for you; you're left to figure it out yourself. Third, I wanted to book tickets for the ”Eternal Love” show, and the response was ”I don't know what the difference is.” In short, the so-called ”butler” was simply: ”I don't know,” ”I think so,” ”I'm not sure,” and ”You'll have to figure it out yourself.” I've stayed in many hotels and guesthouses, and I've never experienced this kind of service. It felt like they didn't want to serve me but forced it. There was no welcome, and the attitude was stiff—it was incredibly persuasive. The ”welcome” fruit date had a worm in it. I don't understand how they got good reviews; did they reimburse my travel expenses from the hotel to the high-speed rail station?
Fourthly, there's the transportation fare. The hotel reimbursed 60 yuan, the return trip to the high-speed rail station was also 60 yuan, but when we arrived, the driver said the hotel had booked it for 70 yuan. It's not about the 10 yuan difference between 60 and 70 yuan; it gives the impression that the hotel knows nothing and is unlikely to explain things clearly."
