"On this trip to Taiyuan, I once again chose the Hilton Garden Inn brand, and overall, it was quite good. The hotel is relatively new, and the facilities are comprehensive. I booked a king room, which had a closed, spacious balcony with excellent natural light. There's parking available right in front of the hotel, and you can also park on the third basement level, which is connected to the mall. The main issue was that, probably because it was a holiday today, the breakfast staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. It felt like they were understaffed, as tables were cleaned very slowly, and we had to wait quite a while to eat breakfast. I hope they can add more staff to handle peak holiday periods. Overall, it's still quite good. The biggest draw of choosing Hilton Garden Inn is the free coffee for guests, which is a nice perk."

"This hotel is super close to the airport, about an eight-minute drive. The best part is the complimentary shuttle service, which is excellent! The business vans are brand new, and the rooms are spotless. It offers incredible value for money. They even have robot delivery for meals, and the hot water supply is plentiful with a well-designed wet/dry separation in the bathroom. The AC cools down quickly, and the Wi-Fi is fast and reliable—everything exceeded my expectations. I also received a free room upgrade, and the service was outstanding. The room was clean, and I was very satisfied with the service and facilities. The location is excellent with many restaurants nearby, offering a wide variety of choices. I had a very comfortable and quiet stay. The facilities are brand new, and the location is perfect for early morning flights, with a free shuttle to the airport that takes about 5 minutes."

"Our check-in experience was seamless and hassle-free, which was a great start. The hotel boasts an elegant environment, and my son absolutely loved the self-service coffee and tea machines in the lobby. He happily made coffee for me and his dad, and it tasted excellent. It was lovely to grab a coffee on our way out and enjoy it while walking. Now, about the meals. Breakfast was the most lavish, including fresh fruit. Lunch and dinner were a bit simpler but still very tasty, with a good variety of options. During meals, my son even learned how to use the self-service ice machine and coffee machine, thanks to the helpful staff who patiently taught him. Our family of three thoroughly enjoyed all our meals. Our room was comfortable and spotless, equipped with an 'Xiao Du' smart system that was very user-friendly. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable. Customer service was also very convenient; there's a small button by the bed that connects you directly to them. The mini-fridge in the room was stocked with two bottles of iced mineral water, a can of Coca-Cola, and a bottle of Oriental Leaf tea. On the table, there were also four bottles of room-temperature mineral water, two Taigu cakes, two bags of Shitou biscuits, and two bags of Guoba, all of which were delicious (and complimentary!). If we needed more water, the front desk arranged for the 'Xiao Du' robot to deliver it. The soundproofing at night was excellent; we barely heard any noise. The hallways were clean and tidy; almost every time we left our room, we saw cleaning staff tidying up check-out rooms, which indicates the hotel is very popular. This hotel is definitely worth recommending. I almost forgot the most important part: it's located in the most bustling area of Liuxiang. You can step right out and explore Zhonglou Street, which is incredibly convenient. We stayed on the 5th floor, and as soon as the windows were closed, we couldn't hear any outside noise. The sound insulation truly is superb."

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the view from the window was of the street. Evan, the receptionist, was warm and patient, and proactively helped upgrade my room. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time! 2. A definite 10/10! The room facilities are new, with a smart toilet and a high-definition projector—the attention to detail is amazing. The breakfast selection is excellent, with fresh hot and cold dishes and fruits. The housekeeping staff cleans meticulously every day, leaving no dust even in the crevices of the desks. Excellent value for money! 3. After many business trips, I finally found a gem of a hotel! The soundproofing is amazing; even the noisiest neighbors can't be heard, making it perfect for working late into the night. Parking is free and plentiful, making it super convenient if you drive. They even gave me a complimentary gift upon check-out—the service was so thoughtful! I've already recommended it to my colleagues!"

"This hotel is very good price and clean, its location is very near to Taiyuan South Railway station. I can easily come to this hotel from Taiyuannan station by taking subway for 1 station to Xutandongjie station (Exit D1), then turn right at the road corner, then walk for 300 meters. This hotel provides all the necessary facilities (toothbrush, hair dryer, towels, water bottle, and etc. It's very good and convenient to stay in this hotel. The staff are polite and helpful, and I really appreciate their assistance. The bed is also large size and good quality nice to sleep 💤. The shower room and toilet are also very clean. I had a great experience during my 4-day stay. I will come back to stay at this hotel again next time."

"Excellent location, right by tourist attractions and next to a mall, making dining and shopping super convenient. A pleasant surprise was the complimentary afternoon tea for two and evening cocktails for hotel guests. You can also enjoy views of the Ferris wheel at night. The front desk is on the 40th floor, and all drinks, like coffee and tea, are free. The room was very clean and quiet, with a great layout. It was a very enjoyable trip. I'd call this the king of value-for-money stays!"

"Customer service was fantastic, the workers at the counter recommended good places to eat, and were very careful with our luggage when we asked to store at the counter after checkout (labelled our luggage and even put paper under our bagpacks to prevent them from getting dirty. The cleaners forgot the restock our towels one time and they gave us fresh towels along with a free gift bag as compensation. Service is undoubtedly top tier. It's a fairly new hotel so all the amenities are in good condition. There is a gym and laundry room and the lobby has a coffee machine and tea. Location is good as it is a short walk away from food streets."
