New Hotels in Seoul

"Stayed here for 5 nights and it was a good experience overall. Check in was smooth and easy. There are 2 buildings in total (Block A and B) connected with a walkway. I got a good room rate which is non-refundable so it's a good deal overall. I'll definitely choose to stay here again and hopefully their housekeeping standards will improve by then. The good - The building is extremely new! It's a quiet neighbourhood with other service apartment style hotels (the area well lit at night, dont worry) - near to 2 metro station (3sam-ga and 4sa-ga) but very limited bus service nearby - surrounded by a few convenience stores (emart/gs25) - comfortable bed and pillows - international plugs - direct bus from myeongdong street - there is a few WOWPASS machines in the hotel. The bad - They alternate between tidying & changing linens. You'll have to request from reception if you need the linen change daily. - housekeeping was not up to standard. (1) the floor mat was not given for 2 nights as staff mistakenly gave me another bath towel (2) mugs were washed but not placed back into the original position, it was left by the sink. (3) bath robes were not replaced for one of the nights and I had to call the reception What was provided: - balcony! - washing machine (detergent to be purchased from reception at a fee) - smart dryer (air clean, steam or dry wet clothes) - a full fridge with freezer - microwave oven - wine chiller and wine glass - induction cooker (pots to be requested from reception) - hair dryer - shampoo/conditioner/body wash - bath robes"

"We stayed for a week and really enjoyed the location, lots of bars and restaurants nearby, yet the hotel was quiet at night. The place itself was comfy and cozy. However, the housekeeping service was disappointing. They only took out the trash and did not provide any other cleaning throughout our stay, even though we specifically requested a full cleaning, especially for the bathroom. Also, the stool in the room broke while my husband was sitting on it, which was unexpected. Overall, great location but the cleaning service and the proper maintenance need improvement."

"I booked this place for a very last-minute, spontaneous trip. While it might be a bit of a challenge with only stairs, the room itself was clean and comfortable! Amenities like towels, body soap, and shampoo were also provided, and the shower pressure was good too. If two people are staying and have a lot of luggage, it might feel a bit cramped. Some floors even had instant ramen machines, as well as washing machines and dryers, which was a huge plus! The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly kind and spoke Japanese, and even the cleaning lady greeted me with a lovely smile. I would definitely love to stay here again!"

"I was a little hesitant since it appeared to be a new hotel with limited reviews, but the room was clean and charming, the amenities were plentiful, and the towels were wonderfully fluffy. It was a fantastic hotel, a real gem after a long time! Every staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly and kind, always greeting me with a warm smile. Additionally, though it might vary by floor, I really appreciated that there were only three rooms on each level. Even though my room was right next to the elevator, the limited number of rooms meant I rarely noticed other guests coming and going, allowing for a wonderfully quiet stay! I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The room was very clean, the equipment was new, the bedding was clean, there were many shops downstairs, shopping was very convenient, the hotel staff were also very friendly and provided smiling service throughout the whole process. Before the self-check-in time, the staff helped us to store our luggage in their office."

"The self check-in and check out process is comprehensive and hassle-free. I am delighted by the snacks provided in the entrance when I am arrived even though it’s too early for me to check in. The hotel location is very close to metro station (blue line) and airport limousine drop off point. Size of the room is just nice for solo travellers. I had very good sleep throughout the stays. You might not be able to meet the hotel staff often but when you do, they greet you warmly and ask if you would like to get some drinks in the hotel lounge at B1. I would definitely re-visit in my next solo trip to Seoul."

"The apartment had everything we needed. Two bedrooms, on with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. Perfect for a family of four. New appliances and very tastefully decorated apartment. Perfect location just by the metro station and close to convenient stores and restaurants. No problem with noises. The staff spoke only basic English but enough for communication. Would stay here again."

"Han Stay is definitely a good place to stay, affordable, clean, friendly hotel manager! They offers free Han River Ramen, and they have a coffee machine as well! Will definitely come back again!"

"This is such a great place for a first-time solo trip! I was so worried before coming, but once I arrived at Lookhome, I was completely relieved. It's so close to Myeongdong, so shopping, dining, and taking the subway are all super convenient. It's a place that makes you feel safe! Whenever I'm tired, I just want to come back here to recharge! The host and staff are so welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend staying here! You can see Namsan Tower on the way to the hotel, and coming back every night is so relaxing!"

"The hotel was excellent, starting with the cleanliness and the service itself. The room with a large and comfortable bed was tiny, but it was more than enough for me. The host was incredibly welcoming man and helped me with check in after a long road. Breakfasts were also very tasty. Next time I'm in Seoul, I'll definitely return to Brooklyn Blues Hotel.
