"Amazing View and Great Location, but Service Needs Improvement!!!
We recently stayed at this hotel and would like to share our impressions. The hotel has huge potential, but there are areas that require personal oversight from management.
First, the pros:
• Views and Location: This is the hotel's main pride! The view from the breakfast area and pool is just fantastic, perfect for great photos. The location is ideal – right in the city center, with everything (cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, attractions) within walking distance.
• Room: The bedding and towels are new and pristine white, which is very pleasant. There’s a safe and a private balcony.
• Service and Excursions: The prices for tours (except for the balloon flight) are the same as at agencies on the street, which is very convenient – no need to go anywhere. Special thanks to the lady at the reception (unfortunately, we didn't catch her name): she was very kind, checked us in quickly, helped with currency exchange, and booking excursions.
Recommendations for owners to improve service (cons):
1. Cleaning Quality – a critical point! Please strengthen staff supervision. Upon check-in, there was dust and hair in the corners, and sunflower seed husks from previous guests were under the bed. For two days, the cleaner simply moved these husks from corner to corner but never actually removed them! This is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber.
2. Bathroom Amenities: We weren't provided with soap. On the second day, two shampoos were left, but still no soap. Also, one of the individually packaged toothbrushes was dirty and had rust marks.
3. Breakfast and Communication: Breakfast is quite meager, with almost no meat dishes (only a little in the dumplings). The most unpleasant moment: we requested a lunch box in advance due to an early departure, but in the morning, the reception staff were unaware of our request. As a result, we left hungry.
4. Language Barrier: Apart from the aforementioned lady, the rest of the staff speak no English at all, which makes resolving even simple everyday issues very difficult.
The hotel has great potential, and if you fix the issues with cleanliness and food organization, it will become an ideal place. We hope our comments help you improve!"
