"The hotel is new and overall the stay was good. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, and nice facilities. However, we were surprised that they charged for the laundry bag when we used it to keep our dirty clothes. It would be better if the hotel could clarify this policy upfront or provide complimentary laundry bags for guests."

"What I Liked: Exceptional Service The staff responded immediately when I raised an issue with my original room and upgraded me without hesitation. This was a huge relief since I arrived past 7 PM after a long flight and was extremely tired. They also accommodated my mobility concerns by allowing me to use the staff elevator from the ground floor—something I truly appreciated. Prime Location The hotel is just a short walk from the famous Ben Thanh Market, surrounded by plenty of shops and dining options. If you don’t mind a lively, bustling area, this is an excellent spot to stay. Upgraded Room The upgraded room exceeded my expectations. The bathroom was one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel—spacious, with strong water pressure and multiple showerhead options. While there’s no bathtub, I rarely use one, so it wasn’t an issue. The room itself was much larger than expected, with large windows and surprisingly quiet despite being near a busy street. Additional perks I loved: Netflix-ready TV (with an account already logged in) Comfortable bed with quality linens and pillows Breakfast For the price, the breakfast selection was reasonable and satisfying. What Could Be Improved: Mobility Access Accessibility can be challenging as the main entrance and breakfast area both require stairs. An alternative solution for guests with mobility issues would be a great improvement. Amenities There’s no pool or gym, so if those are essential for your stay, this might not be the best fit. Personally, this wasn’t an issue since I only stayed overnight. Original Room Condition The first room I checked into needed better maintenance, particularly the air conditioning. Since the room had no windows, it felt hot and humid. Considering I arrived late, there should have been enough time to ensure everything was in proper working order. Overall, despite a few areas for improvement such as accessibility and amenities, the excellent service, prime location, spacious upgraded room, and reasonable breakfast make this hotel a solid choice. I would still recommend it for a comfortable stay, especially if you value convenience and attentive staff which is a very important factor to me as it can make or break the whole stay experience."

"We were supposed to check in at 2 p.m., but we were accommodated at noon. The staff was very polite and provided beer and breakfast. The room was clean and tidy. We stayed in room 803, and the bar on the 9th floor could be a bit noisy at night, but overall it was good. Motorbike rentals nearby are much more expensive than in Nha Trang, costing 200,000 yuan a day and must be returned before 6 p.m."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a decent experience. The room was smaller than I had expected from the photos online — not exactly cramped, but definitely more compact than I imagined. That said, it was clean and functional, and everything I needed was provided. One thing I really appreciated was the fitness center. It wasn’t huge, but it was well-equipped and, most importantly, very quiet. I almost always had it to myself, which made working out much more enjoyable and stress-free. It felt like a little hidden corner where I could focus on exercising without any disturbance. While the space in the room might not be ideal for those who need a lot of room to spread out, I think the peaceful atmosphere of the gym helped balance things out. If you don’t mind a smaller room but value a quiet place to work out, this hotel could be a good option."

There is a room for self-washing and ironing. The room is clean, the staff is enthusiastic! I will continue to book a room for the next vacation."

"Sẽ quay trở lại Chuyến công tác 1 đêm tại Sài Gòn, tuy chuyến bay đáp trễ nhưng vẫn có người hỗ trợ tôi lên nhà và checkin Vị trí thuận tiện dễ di chuyển vào khu hội nghị của tôi, bản thân khá để ý vấn đề an ninh nhưng ở đây tôi rất yên tâm ở đâu cũng có thể thấy bảo vệ Điểm trừ là khu chung cư có khá nhiều tòa nhà bạn nên gọi hoặc nhắn tin cho Hân trước khi đến để tránh bị lạc rất tốn thời gian nha Về tới Nha Trang mới review nên không có hình tử tế :)) mong các bạn tha thứ :3"
