"The room is very close to the airport, a 5-minute drive away, which is very convenient for business trips. The room is very new and, crucially, has no strange odors, even though it's been open for a month. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and spoke fluent English. The only downsides are that there's no breakfast or refrigerator yet; the restaurant is expected to be ready in about a month, and refrigerators will be added later. Although it's near the airport, it's not directly on the main road but tucked away in an alley, offering a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle. Overall, it's a good stay."

"The hotel is located about 1 kilometer from the main city center, where there are plenty of restaurants and shopping areas. It is close to a shopping mall, but not too close, which makes it convenient without being overcrowded or noisy. Transportation is easy and accessible. The staff are very helpful and provide good recommendations and assistance. The hotel is small and cozy, with a delicious breakfast. Since it is newly opened (I stayed at this hotel in mid-November 2025.), everything is clean, new, and well maintained. The bathroom is modern, featuring an automatic toilet, which is a nice touch. The overall design of the hotel is minimalist, with a white and tiffany blue color theme that feels fresh and relaxing."

"Location ~950 m from airport. Grab/BE e-hailing bike fee of about 11-15k VND from hotel to drop off point at the entrance of airport parking area (or Grab/BE car fee of about 35k VND till the departure gate, inclusive of airport entrance fee for car). About 15 minutes walk from/to airport. Service - fast & smooth check in & check out. Room - bright lights, clean, tidy, no smell with aircon, hair dryer, tv, electric kettle, slippers, complementary 2 bottled water drinks & 2 teabags, toothbrushes, shampoo & shower gel, etc. Nice firm bed with 2 fluffy thick pillows. Lots of restaurants, cafes, convenience stores & fruit juice kiosks outside the hotel. Standard room (without window, but quite big) booked through Trip.com cost ~USD 17/day (other booking platforms may offer slightly cheaper price). 2 complaints: 1. No hot water at all for shower (this is not acceptable for a hotel if it is a long term problem); 2. No soap at hand washing sink/basin - one has to go to the shower cubicle to get liquid soap every time one needs to wash hands (this is also not acceptable standard for a hotel like this)."

"There's no convenience store nearby, so I had to order everything via Grab. There's a great Com Tam restaurant right next door, but the coffee shops nearby are all pretty bad. They don't provide disposable items like toothbrushes, toothpaste, or cotton swabs. You have to message them if you want your room cleaned."

"New hotel with clean, pleasant-smelling, and nicely designed rooms. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The hotel has a large underground parking area, but we were not allowed to park our car there because, as we were told, “the manager’s car is parked there.” Another downside is the atmosphere: there are many large warning posters everywhere (e.g., “don’t do this, don’t do that,” fines for taking fruit like jackfruit or durian, or using safety equipment for personal use). This felt unwelcoming rather than hospitable. Some details also don’t match the otherwise good design. The hairdryer is extremely cheap compared to the room’s overall quality. The coffee setup was odd as well: we received only one 3-in-1 instant coffee and one just black coffee, while most hotels provide two 3-in-1 sachets. Finally, the hot water tank seems very small. The hot water runs out quickly, making it impossible to take a proper bath unless you wait and refill it in stages."

"This hotel near the airport is relatively quiet and clean, especially considering it's double the price of some others. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that. It's just an overnight stop for early or late flights. **Facilities:** It's a new hotel with fairly modern facilities. However, several power outlets weren't working, and I'm not sure why. There's air conditioning, but the cooling effect was just okay. **Hygiene:** It was pretty clean, though I'm not a big fan of dark-colored bedding. **Environment:** It's convenient for arriving at and departing from the airport. I used a ride-hailing app, and it took 3 minutes to get to Terminal 2, but they charged an exorbitant 'toll fee' of 9,000, which felt like a rip-off. **Service:** Upon entering, I noticed a long list of chargeable items, including bottled water."

"I chose this hotel for an overnight stay because it's close to the airport, and the location is indeed good. The room was okay, with a comfortable enough bed and decent linens. The shower had good water pressure (though it's designed in a way that water tends to get everywhere). Check-in was very quick. The downside for me was the noise; it was so loud that I barely got any sleep. If you're sensitive to street noise (motorbikes, karaoke, you name it), you'll need to look for another option."

"We got a family room and it was large and clean. Modern looking. Comfortable beds. Small kitchenette area was nice. Only thing that was annoying was that there were little tiny ants when we checked in. And got worse throughout the stay. I would have given 5 stars if check in was easier. It was difficult to get a hold of someone as this is like an apartment style vs a hotel. No lobby and no one on site to check us in. Reaching someone was difficult if you don't have a Vietnam cell. Overall would stay here again. Great location. Night time was quiet but still quite noisy in the am mostly with people on loud speakers, not traffic noise."

"First, the downsides: the room was small and had a new renovation smell. The upsides: it's very new, all the amenities are great, and the location is fantastic, comparable to the Bund in Shanghai. The hotel reception has WeChat and can help with reservations and restaurant recommendations. A taxi to the airport at midnight cost 230,000 VND, which is a very good price. The restaurants were a mixed bag. Don't trust Google or Xiaohongshu recommendations; just explore on your own and go to the most popular restaurants. On my last day, I found a restaurant called Mana that was the best value, the best taste, and the cleanliness compared to other recommendations. Many restaurants along the street are good but unrated, while those with ratings are often just average. I recommend looking at ratings around 4.5; those between 4.8 and 4.9 are all terrible."

"We had an absolutely amazing time at The Loc. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.than that, I can't fault the place and will definitely go back”."
