"The accommodation was spacious and comfortable, with simple and clean furniture. The staff were also friendly. It was a shame the pool was out of order, so we couldn't use it. There's a market and a fruit stall right in front of the accommodation, so I bought and ate mangoes every morning during my stay – they were cheap and delicious! Everything was great, but one minor drawback was the many mosquitoes. I recommend bringing mosquito repellent."

"Overall, I enjoyed my one night at this hotel. It's located just outside of town, but taxis are easy to catch, and the hotel offers bicycles for getting to and from the ancient town, which is incredibly convenient, especially since the river path floods in the evenings due to high tide. The room has an antique Hoi An style; it's not large but has everything you need and well-stocked amenities. The front desk staff speak fluent English, and the bellhop and spa staff were all very friendly. I had a spa treatment and received a 25% discount for going before 3 PM. The breakfast wasn't extensive, but it tasted good; I particularly liked the egg pancakes, yogurt, and bread. Highly recommended overall."

"This is an Instagram-worthy accommodation located about 20 minutes from the Old Town. The local owner and staff are incredibly, unbelievably friendly. The room was spacious, smelled nice, and felt very cozy. The beanbag chair was also great for relaxing. There was a balcony, but since it was a wall view, I didn't go out. However, even the wall had an Instagram vibe, so I took a picture. The accommodation is clean, and the floor seems to be made of stone. However, because it has an Instagram feel, there is no TV. You have to request any necessary disposable toiletries separately. You also have to request a hairdryer. But it was refreshing that they lent me things like chargers. The downside is that I don't know if it was just my room or if there was a specific setting I needed to adjust, but the hot water only came out for about 10 minutes and then only cold water came out... I saw what looked like a water heating machine, so I thought if I waited, it might come out in the morning, but it didn't. Also, perhaps because the building was generally dark, when I went into the bathroom next to the shared kitchen on the first floor, mosquitoes were flying around like fireflies. I thought, ”Luckily, there aren't any in my room,” but that was just my imagination. I sprayed mosquito repellent all over the bedding before going to bed, but I woke up at 4 AM, having been bitten badly, after the effect wore off... It turned out there was a gap about one and a half finger lengths under the door, as if saying, ”Mosquitoes, hey here, open the door, come on!” I think they all came in through there... And to make matters worse, the bedding I liked because it was pretty was bright red... I tried catching mosquitoes until 5 AM... but eventually gave up, sprayed repellent again, and slept a little longer. For the record, I am the person most loved by mosquitoes in the world... Oh, and I could only communicate with the staff via WhatsApp, WeChat, and a Vietnamese messenger."

"We had a very pleasant stay at Horizon. There are mosquitos but If you on aircondition, it should be fine. Otherwise, you can get mosquito killer or electrical mosquitoes killer from the receptionist. The staff Dong is very nice, he initiated to carry our luggage and send us to the room. He also offered us glass of water when we are waiting on the couch for after check out. There are a few breakfast options, each person can choose one, I recommend pancake or scrambled egg. Offer free bicycle to ride around. 10 bicycles available. Easy to get grab to the ancient city."

"Spent four nights with a friend, location is great, right outside of the old town, walkable distance to everything without being right in the middle of the chaos and crowds. The window is on the corridor, not on the outside, so you can say there's no window, the one in the bathroom also can't open and there's no ventilation in the bathroom so the room tends to be quite warm and humid, hints of mold are starting to form on the walls. It's pretty spacious and your towels will be changed everyday, there's also new bottled water everyday for you. Sound insolation is pretty bed, be aware if you're a light sleeper, I kept my ear plugs in all nights. They kept our luggage for hours before check in. Only 15 min walk away from the bus stop of the public bus to Da Nang (cheapest transportation option between the two cities)."

"The room was beautiful, matching the photos I saw when I booked. I stayed for quite a while, and overall it was very good :D --- Before checking in, I recommend informing Lyn of your expected check-in date via Trip/WhatsApp, as the guesthouse uses a self-check-in system and requires verification of your information. There's a matcha shop on the first floor, so I suggest checking in while it's still open for convenience. Besides the room's decor, I think its location is excellent! It's not far from Hoi An Ancient Town, and it's easy to find street food. While there aren't many supermarkets like Full Market in Hoi An, there's a bright little supermarket with everyday snacks and supplies within a 5-minute walk. If you're looking for boutique cafes, there are two within a 10-minute motorbike ride. Since I stayed for a relatively long time and need to work during the week, I usually only need housekeeping every 3 days. I think Lyn was very thoughtful; she proactively asked if I needed housekeeping, and I could also ask via message if I needed extra water, towels, toilet paper, etc.! The room was mostly quiet, allowing for good concentration whether sleeping or working. However, because the first floor is occupied by shops and there's occasional street construction, some noise was unavoidable. --- Overall, it was very good. My suggestion might be to provide instructions on how to use the hot water. It took me quite a while to figure out how to properly turn on the water heater and identify the hot water flow direction. Also, the bed was rather soft, which I personally didn't like."

"We had a wunderful stay at the Hotel. We relaxed at the Pool and had delicious breakfast! The iced cold coffee is Great. The Stuff is Really friendly and welcoming. At your stay there, You will probably meet Lucky at the reception. She will help you with everything and has Really good tips for Hoi an. You can also Book tours with her. And if you dont Need help You can have a nice conversation with her. At the Hotel you can Rent bikes for free or Scooter for Money. Both ways are perfect to explore Hoi an. Really Nice City! The Hotel has a good Location to get everywhere. The rooms are old, but You have everything what You Need. In our Room the shower was a Little Bit too Little, without much pressure. And it tooks a Little Bit to get warmer water, but it was okay. We l had a bathtube to shower. We slept well in the bed with the AC. We would come back!"

"It is a 10-minute walk from the night market. It is clean, the staff are friendly, and it is excellent. Laundry service costs 40,000 VND per kg. They bring the laundry back to your room after washing. They also look up information on nearby restaurants and bus tickets, which is very helpful. You can choose breakfast the day before, and it is neat and good. The only downside is that there is no elevator. However, it is fine as you just have to climb a few stairs. The air conditioner in the room runs a bit low, but it is fine to leave on all night. I would definitely stay here again."

"This was my second stop in Vietnam. I had booked a guesthouse on Airbnb, but there were no rooms available upon arrival. Luckily, I found Muca on Ctrip, and everyone was very satisfied. Facilities: It had a washing machine, an induction cooker, and a living room, so cooking was no problem at all. Cleanliness: Very clean, and the blankets didn't make me itchy. The only downside was that the pillows were a bit too high. Environment: A very quiet and relaxing courtyard; it made me want to retire here. Service: Excellent service, mostly smiling."
