"The hotel is great – good location, balcony, and it's quiet. Breakfasts are decent, perfect for a quick morning bite, like a mini-buffet. The room is clean and cozy. Nearby, there are jet skis available, and the bus stop for the #19 bus is close by. The area is clean and peaceful. BUT We got bitten by bed bugs; we woke up in the morning covered in bites."

"A place that captured my heart! We specifically looked for a more secluded option to escape the noise, and this was exactly it. We spent our evenings on our private veranda, listening to nature. The property has a large area with lots of flowers and greenery. The bungalows are spaced far enough apart that you can't hear anyone else. When we arrived, only 3-4 bungalows were occupied, but guests kept arriving throughout the week, and we still never ran into anyone. Good breakfast options. You can rent a scooter directly on-site. Housekeeping cleaned every day, and even when we declined, they still brought fresh water and clean towels! The staff was very welcoming."

"We stayed at this hotel in March, booking for 5 days to unwind after our flight and explore the north of the island. I deeply regret not booking more days at this incredibly cozy hotel. My next hotel is in the center of the island, and 3-4 days there would have been sufficient for visiting the south, the cable car, shows, and island hopping. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, a break from noise and crowds, then this hotel in its idyllic setting is a must-visit. The hotel grounds are lush with flowering greenery, with several types of orchids blooming on the trees. The outdoor furniture is made from sturdy and beautiful natural wood. There's a small pool surrounded by lovely flowering plants, and even tiny pineapples growing! The hotel comprises 10 comfortable bungalows, ensuring peace and quiet at all times. The hotel is new, the furniture is new, the bed is comfortable, there's a large TV with Russian channels, and a fridge – everything works perfectly. All the plumbing is in excellent condition, with a rain shower head, good water pressure, and hot water always available. The shower room and toilet are simply a delight! There's a gap between the wall and the roof, allowing plants to grow in from outside (it's a shame they hadn't bloomed yet) and hang over the shower. In the mornings, we woke up to birdsong before heading to breakfast. The breakfasts were delicious, with beautifully presented coffee and other dishes. You could help yourself to 3-4 kinds of fruit, while everything else was served individually by a waiter. You can also order room service throughout the day. The room had everything we needed: a comb, shower cap, toothpaste and brush, soap, and a razor – all replaced daily, even the comb. There was also shower gel, shampoo, robes, and slippers. Previous reviews mentioned a lack of a drying rack for clothes, but now there is one. The beach is less than 5 minutes away; we walked very slowly, and I recorded a video of the walk, which came out to 6 minutes. We loved the beach too; to the left, there were many Instagrammable spots for photos, and to the right, wild nature. The sand was light, squeaky underfoot, and the sea was clean and clear. As for prices in the north, everything was much cheaper and tastier at all the restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. We bought fruit from stalls along the main road. We really miss ”Agarwood Garden.” It's a wonderful place, with a creative and caring owner and lovely, friendly staff. There's an affordable shop on site with all the essentials. A huge thank you to the hotel owner for his creative ideas that made our holiday unforgettable and filled with pleasant memories."

"This is a wonderful place for a peaceful and comfortable vacation. I highly recommend staying here and definitely renting a motorbike; you can easily explore the entire island from this location. I suggest renting the motorbike directly from the hotel; it's very convenient – no need to go anywhere else, and the price is comparable to what you'd find everywhere else. Major advantages include: quiet surroundings, very clean and new rooms. The renovations are genuinely recent, daily cleaning, and the bed linen is spotless, like new (which is often a rare find). The Wi-Fi signal is strong. Living in this area offers a unique experience; there are literally only a dozen places around (food, guesthouses, and massage parlors), and it gets completely dark at night. There are buildings, but no lights or people, making it feel like you're living on a post-apocalyptic movie set. The most important thing, though, is the silence and the beautiful bird song. It was probably the first time we truly got a good night's sleep in all of Vietnam. I also want to express my sincere gratitude to the staff; they are wonderfully pleasant and responsive people. The breakfast is excellent, prepared in-house, very tasty, and varied every day."

"I was pleasantly surprised to find a washing machine, which is perfect for hot weather and for washing clothes after swimming! ❤️ The hotel TV can stream YouTube, so you won't get bored. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are all very attentive. I saw the fireworks, but they were a bit far away... it's still better to watch them from the street."

"This hotel is perfect for family trips with multiple people. The location is absolutely incredible, facing the clock tower with fireworks views. There's also an infinity pool on the rooftop. An automatic elevator right outside makes it super convenient to explore all of Sunset Town. Remember to visit Time Corner beforehand to try their breadfest buffet – it's an amazing deal at 159,000 VND. Having explored the northern, central, and southern areas, Sunset Town in the south is definitely my favorite; it feels just like being in Venice."

"This is a relatively small boutique hotel with only four floors dedicated to guest rooms. The decor has a Mediterranean feel, and while the rooms aren't huge, they all have balconies. The location is super convenient – just two escalators down and across the street to the cable car station. I booked a family room with a fireworks view. It included a small living area (around 100+ sq ft) with a sofa, coffee table, fridge, washing machine, microwave, sink, and more. Inside, there were two bedrooms. The master bedroom was a bit cramped, featuring a king-size bed, two nightstands, no desk but a small coffee table, and a wardrobe about 2.5 feet wide. The other room was more spacious, with two single beds, a long table, and a larger wardrobe, plus a wider aisle at the foot of the beds. Both rooms had their own shower and toilet. You can catch the fireworks from both room balconies at 9:30 PM. Breakfast is served at the restaurant on the ground floor. The food selection is a bit limited, so it's best to go at 8 AM or even earlier, as some items run out and aren't refilled. However, there's a kitchen counter where you can order freshly cooked vermicelli soup and omelets."

"The biggest plus here is the incredibly enthusiastic and friendly staff. They communicate well in English and are always ready to help with anything you need, from recommending places to visit to transportation and shopping. The space itself is quiet and pleasant, offering a reading room and complimentary fruit. You can also borrow fishing rods and snorkeling masks for free. The location is super convenient too. It's just a few steps from the pool, and the beach is a short walk away, making it perfect for a relaxing vacation."
