Since we had a rental car and needed parking, we arranged with the hotel to use our room key for parking lot access.

I was searching for a hotel near Newark Airport for a layover, specifically one that allowed guests aged 18 and over and provided a free shuttle service. While it was a bit pricey, including rates and breakfast for two, I chose this hotel, considering the extra cost a worthwhile investment for the peace of mind it offered. Many hotels require guests to be 21 or older to check in, but this one permitted 18+ (even for solo travelers). The free shuttle between the airport and the hotel is scheduled to run every 20 minutes. However, the shuttle from the airport to the hotel was quite delayed, and I waited for about an hour. Upon arrival, check-in was smooth. My room was spacious and clean, with amenities that were more than sufficient to help me relax and unwind; it was truly a lovely space. Breakfast was a standard American spread, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport was crowded, so I booked a taxi instead. This hotel was so excellent that I almost regretted my stay was so brief.
