The hotel is very basic, especially since they unilaterally charged a higher deposit and then shifted the blame to a third-party platform, which is really unacceptable. There's nothing in the room – no slippers, no kettle. This is the kind of setup you'd expect from a guesthouse, yet they're charging hotel prices.

The hotel's location is super convenient, and the Chinese restaurant next door is quite good.

This is a good place to stay, especially if you're traveling for business. The location is excellent, with a shopping mall right next to the hotel and a Sprouts Farmers Market just a 5-minute walk away. There are also several great Asian restaurants in the mall, which my coworkers and I really enjoyed. Overall, it's a very convenient and practical place to stay, with plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance.

The hotel room was quite spacious, and although it was reportedly renovated in 2015, it still looked pretty new. I noticed that the foreign staff seemed to take their time cleaning, doing a thorough job. I'd often see the same cleaning staff on my floor when I left in the morning and they'd still be there when I returned in the afternoon, and I could hear the vacuum cleaner, likely for the carpets (a big plus, I don't think even a four-star hotel in China would necessarily do this). Of course, I never actually used the housekeeping service because I had the 'Do Not Disturb' sign up every day of my stay. The hotel provided a coffee machine that could heat water, but after a few days, I got lazy and just went down to the first-floor gym to get water. You'll need to bring your own slippers, toothbrush, and comb, which is a bit different from what you'd find in China.

I forget that Courtyards do not provide courtesy waters in the room although there are coffee makers. Would rather not use the water from the bathroom. But if you go downstairs, they only have coffee for purchase. Simple thing, but it’s nice to have it an available. Our room tv did not work, so that was frustrating as we realized it when we were ready to slip into bed… or a time had to wait for maintenance to come knock on our door.

The location is great, right next to 99 Ranch Market with plenty of food options nearby.

Excellent Hotel Experience My recent stay was wonderful, largely due to the exquisite service from the entire team. The front desk staff truly stood out for their friendliness and professionalism. I was impressed that my room was ready within 10 minutes of my arrival, and upon entering, I found it clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. To top it off, the breakfast offered a great selection. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious and the shower water was decent. It's conveniently located near the highway, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast. In the morning, there was what appeared to be a Starbucks in the lobby, but the food was both expensive and terrible. An egg roll with two boiled eggs cost $5.50, plus a regular breakfast with bread and bacon, and two coffees—that's $30 in total! It was ridiculous; I'd have been better off just going to McDonald's for breakfast.

A good value hotel with large rooms, friendly service, a microwave in the lobby, and small eateries nearby. It's half an hour to Stanford, and parking is free. Highly recommended
