This was a great hotel and I LOVED the views from our corner "Townhouse" (essentially a large 1 bedroom apartment). I wish it had a microwave. Also those who walk around should note that riverside location means uphill walk to main town. Walking along the river was wonderful though.

Hotel is fabulous we managed to get parked £18 for 24hours which wasn’t bad ,was greeted by freindly staff,the guy that checked us in was called Daniel he was so accommodating a-great guy asset to the hotel.The room was fabulous looked out onto the river had a super king size bed nice and roomy coffee tea making large tv lovely walk in shower with products ,couldn’t fault the room at all and right next door is a weatherspoons which looks out to the river aswell would defiantly recommend staying there great location

Everything was perfectly fine — the breakfast was very tasty and well prepared, and an additional highlight was the beautiful view of the river, which made the morning truly special and enjoyable.

We had an incredible stay at Innside. It was very clean and tidy with modern features. Gino’s restaurant downstairs was some of the best Italian food we had in a while. The parmigiana was delicious. The hotel had beautiful views over the river. We would stay again.

Lovely hotel. Very helpful staff. Very clean and quiet rooms. Only one note of caution; if walking to and from Newcastle station, there are a lot of steps to climb.

Very good option for Newcastle

The room was nice, the view was great, and the breakfast was good too. The only downside was the lack of privacy in the bathroom, which was a bit awkward; a curtain would be a good idea. The location is a little inconvenient if you're walking the whole way without taking a taxi, but overall it was good!

The river view is beautiful, especially the scenery near the bridge in early autumn. The natural light is excellent, and the room is very comfortable; I didn't want to leave. There's a small refrigerator, and the other amenities are good. The bedding is comfortable, and the room is quiet. Housekeeping is done daily; if not, a note will be left. The breakfast selection is somewhat limited. Booking at the front desk costs £15, and walk-in is £17. If you're not in a rush, you can eat out, but eating at the hotel's quay side also offers a scenic view. There's a transportation bug I want to mention. I've been to Newcastle frequently and thought it wasn't very big, so staying near Central would be fine. I didn't expect that getting to the river requires descending very steep and long stairs (see pictures 3 and 4; there are three stairs opposite the hotel leading to Central). I was shocked when Google Maps showed me it, and several foreign tourists were also surprised and couldn't believe it. So, if you have heavy luggage, consider taking a taxi or bus, or ask the hotel if there are any alternatives.

The only hotel in Newcastle that serves fried eggs, and the river and street views are absolutely fantastic!!! It's really amazing!

The service was excellent, the room was great, and breakfast included egg pancakes.
