This property location is a 10 out of 10! Quick walk to the beach,as well as other amenities close by! Very nicely done interior space with ample room for our group. We will definitely be staying here again.

Overall we had a great stay in Newport. The house is beautiful and so perfectly located. We enjoyed the two minute walk to an amazing beach. The best part of this place is two parking places in the garage. You can't beat the reserved space especially this close to the beach. Plenty of close food, coffee and grocery. We were there on a very hot weekend and at times the beach house got too warm despite the portable air conditioner. By evening the fans were enough to make it more tolerable. We used the kitchen several times and the appliances were new and easy to use.

Family get away! This property is the perfect beach get away. It is clean, roomy, and walking distance to the beach. My family thoroughly enjoyed our time here. You never know what you’re going to get but this home exceeded our expectations. Would definitely love to come back.

Get visit to Newport Beach!! We had a trip with my family (4 kids) and my in laws. It went great! The space worked perfect for our setup. This home is really nice and it’s been recently refinished with some great modern updates. Location is also wonderful with it being a 25 second walk to the beach. Communication with the landlord was easy and they were very attentive. I would stay again in a heartbeat.Thanks!!
