Thankfully, the work across the street from townhouses is wrapping up so somewhat less noisy than past years. Clean up is still needed for a better view! The townhouse needs some repair & renovation as evidenced by the wet spot on the ceiling, creaky floors & stairs, and worn appliances. The plastic upholstered living room chairs are not comfy, but the dining chairs are relatively comfortable, albeit chipped on the bottom legs. The freezer defrosted our ice cream until we adjusted the temp. The downstairs tub has a no slip feature, but is a tight squeeze to stand in comfortably. The washer/dryer combo is convenient, but tiny & needs multiple dryer cycles to completely dry even a small load. The WIFI is spotty & needs to be re-entered frequently. The flushing & other plumbing use can be heard next door. On the up side, supplies are easy to obtain with a call to the front desk. The air conditioning works well. The couch is comfy. The bathrooms are roomy. The linens are clean & good quality. There are scissors in the knife block. The new pool & hot tubs have been accessible, save for the gate with the non-working key card scanner. The bigger outdoor hot tubs prevents groups from monopolizing the space. A welcomed change! I hope that maintenance keeps up on the pool to prevent degradation.
