What we didn't care for but understand was probably a code requirement was the night-lighted plug plate in the bathroom sink area near the front door. It's so bright at night it reflects of mirror back into the rooms and hard to sleep with it. It's always on when the lights our out.

Beautiful location and access out to ocean. Unfortunately the bar sink had vomit in it when we checked into the room. No excuse for that. Hotel did not comp us anything for that.

We were very happy with a surprise room upgrade! Thank you very much for this generous and hugely welcome addition to our weekend birthday getaway. I whole heartedly recommend this location. The ocean view was amazing, and the room was fantastic. This is our second stay with hallmark in new port and we will definitely be returning next year. Thanks again for great experience.

Nice ocean view. A plus having a very good restaurant on the premises. Free dvds to borrow. Need more EV chargers and cookies on arrival would be a nice addition.

The room appeared to be recently updated. However the exterior of the property looked a little dilapidated. The only elevator is in the center building which was a long way from our room.

The staff was really nice and the overnight services were never inconvenient. We were gone for only a couple hours at a time and everything was neat and restocked very quickly. Would recommend and am looking forward to another stay.

So many ocean view properties tell you that you have a view of the ocean from your room, but the Hallmark actually delivers! It has an amazing view of the whole Newport Bay, and you can hear the waves crashing onto the beach. All of the service and facilities were good, but the location really makes this place special. I will definitely be going back!
