I’m genuinely not understating it when I say that this is the best place my wife and I have stayed in a very long time. The location is superb. Even with bad weather the view is stunning and panoramic views from the majority of the rooms make for a very relaxing experience. The decor in the rooms has been thought about very carefully and both the bed and chairs are very comfortable. We have two dogs, one of which rarely settles when we travel. The fact he was completely chilled and looked at home speaks volumes. In addition to the lodge itself, the staff were incredibly professional and welcoming and the food was superb. We have already made plans to return for a visit.

This hotel was perfection from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. From the super friendly check in lady to the most stunning rooms with panoramic views of the sea,the radio playing soothing music in the room upon arrival, the bed was blissful, the massive bath with gorgeous products to use, the wet room type shower, the magnifying mirror you could pull out from the wall in the bathroom…literally everything has been thought of to make a stay here like being enveloped in comfort. We LOVED it

Having stayed just once before, I thought it would be a lovely hotel to celebrate our Mother’s 90th birthday this year with family (and Labrador) On arrival we discovered we’d all been upgraded to the most wonderful rooms, all beautifully appointed, huge bathrooms, amazing views. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, one night definitely to remember. Lina on reception and the cleaning staff were also delightful.

Wonderfully comfortable & well equipped room, stunning location &!outlook (if you like to watch whale, dolphins, seals & phenomenal seas in rough weather) fantastic breakfast, friendly staff (special thanks & recognition to Lena) pretty much faultless 4 night stay. We will be back for sure, just loved it and very sad to have left. Thank you Lewinnick Lodge.

Everything about this hotel is five star. We have just had an amazing 3 night stay. Our bedroom was upgraded to a full sea viewing room - extremely clean, spacious, amazing facilities, comfortable large bed. Staff were so welcoming! Each and every one of them. We had breakfast and chose to dine there each day - the service, quality of food, choices, price and environment were second to none. We usually stay at the sister hotel - Plume of Feathers (which is wonderful!) - now we are going to be stuck for choice :)

A perfect stay in a fantastic location. We’ve stayed in other high rated hotels in Newquay but this smashed them out the park. We had the best views in Room 12, and the best food and cocktails. Caramel Apple Crumble Cocktail the best cocktail we’ve had in a hotel. The only things I would say: - is if you wanted a particular room then to phone up as on arrival we were told we were downstairs, but the booking was for Room 1 top floor. We did question this as but were just told that they have 4 Luxury Rooms and you get any. That was a little disappointing as was just shrugged off, …… but when we walked into the room it was perfect. It could have just been dealt with a little bit more politely and caring, considering you’re paying for a luxury room. - There was nothing for the bath ie bath salts, and barely any shower gel. But what there was smelt amazing. Fantastic hotel and Brilliant service in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast.

I booked last minute for a belated birthday meal with my sister. The whole experience from booking to enjoying our meal was excellent. Set in a stunning location overlooking the sea with an open fire crackling away we enjoyed gorgeous food complimented by superb staff who offer a warm welcome and are both efficient and friendly. Thank you to all involved,we had a lovely evening with you.

We visited for a pre-booked lunch........and bearing in mind how popular the place clearly is, that was the correct decision. Excellent food, well cooked and served with a smile - they even cleaned the windows whilst we were there to help improve the view out to sea

First very difficult for disabled as my sister & husband are very crippled with M.S parking with all those cobble stones, yes you have got a couple spaces for disabled, but the cobbles stones was very difficult to manage. Next, greeted nicely, chairs were not clean crumbs everywhere table not enough cutlery. Then apparently seam to have lost the order (iPad of course blame the iPad) gave us an apology & in return a bread board. The meal came very look warm mash, belly pork good, sauce awful, dessert honestly my granddaughter could do better, disgraceful & charge £108, never worth the money, or a visit. Okey if you just wanted a coffee, however could not get your finger in the handle & charged £7.40 for 2 flat white small, just an absolute rip of.
